Inferior Laptop

I have to take it in for repair. This is a horrible purchase HP is making inferior products will not by another one.

Cheap - you get what you pay for

In addition, it comes with Windows 11 S mode enabled which is a terrible operating system and there was no tutorial about it and how to disable it.

Stay away from Dell. Particularly refurbs

They run way too hot for just home browsing. Wasted 10 hours chatting with dell support and multiple support services couldn’t fix the issue

So to use with usb-c docking you need to have docking power and laptop power separately.
