Worst screen I've seen in a very long time (blurry and bad glare). I kept it 2 extra days just to get multiple opinions on how bad it was before returning it. The unlit keyboard was also a deal breaker, and the keys felt very cheap when using. The final straw was that the case doesn't meet up where your hands meet causing a very sharp and uncomfortable edge.

We bought this to replace our old HP Pavilion dv6 computer that finally could not be updated anymore. This computer does not have all the features our other computer did, but it is good for most of what we do, The processor seems fast. Had to buy a DVD Writer because this one did not have one installed. It is light weight and easy to carry. The battery lasts an average of 4 to 5 hours. More 4 than 5 for me. I did not give it 5 stars because the keyboard is sometimes hard to see. Almost impossible actually. The letters and keys are almost the same color. If the light is shining on the keyboard just right, the letters don't show up. And we bought this for the SD card slot. On our old computer it had a spring or something. We pushed it in and it would easily come out. This one does not. We almost have to have pliers to remove it. For the price it is a good value. It would be great for a student. For now this will be our computer until we can afford to possibly get one with the bells and whistles we want. That is if they are made these days.

Microsoft Store filters installed in operating system restricted HP printer software installation.

Slow and Touch does not work and experience was not good

Microsoft operation system that comes with the HP hardware force you to create an account. There is no way to set up the system without an MS account!! No other hardware device does this. The laptop is cheap but it looks like plastic. Does not look good quality.

Misleading. It does not come with the Microsoft 365 offer as stated.

We will be returning as there is something wrong with computer. I have documentation from Optimum and HPSupport they both said it’s the computer. Will be at Best Buy next week

I had some issue it keeps asking me to sign in with my old Microsoft accounts. And I am not sure about the product weather it's good or bad, too early to say something..

-started making those jet engine noises the day i got it -screen resolution looked odd -battery life was sucked up within 4 hours -would slow down and buffer for minutes on end (used it twice and did all these things on those two occassions)

You don't want me to give you an embarrassing review! I ordered a DELL #5115 laptop. YOU SENT ME A HP LAPTOP. Do you still want me to give you a review? If you want it back, come get it. I'm a 78 year disabled in a wheelchair and can't send it.

Excellent system worked great. Loved the touchscreen and fast processor.

This laptop has a ridiculously flimsy keyboard and the trackpad has too much friction.

Doesn't come with Google and you can't download any of the most popular apps
