Best and simple labtop to ever be used! Use for my work as a nurse and has lasted a long time.

This laptop has everything I need. The resolution is great and I didn't need to tweak it in anyway. Set up was easy and quick. Personalization was a breeze. Moving the taskbar from the center to the left was easily accomplished in the taskbar settings. The sound on this laptop is incredible. I don't need add on speakers. There are two USB- A/ one USB-C /HDMI are more than enough for my needs. If you need more, adding a hub is inexpensive. This is a great entry level laptop as well as a great product for seniors such as I am who use it primarily for reading and web surfing.

HP does not disappoint when it comes to building a good computer. This is a good one in a line of workhorse computers. The price was a cherry on top. It has basically everything you need to stay on top of what you need to do.

Great new laptop, glad i got it. I was a little concerned about purchasing a refurbished computer after reading the stuff online about how best buy employees would not recommend doing so. The article I read stated that 10 out of 10 best buy employees would not recommend purchasing refurbished items, but they would recommend purchasing open box items. It had something to do with the fact the the refurbished items are not actually from best buy, but instead they are refurbished by some other third party. I have yo say that i love my new laptop and it is everything I was hoping for, i got a great laptop for a great deal. Maybe i was one of the lucky ones? But im reallly glad i made the purchase.

I was looking for a fast smaller laptop and I found one with this HP. I love that it is also touch screen and it is very light weight which I enjoy as well. Great laptop for the price for everyday use.

Keyboard difficult to see in low lighting & could use another usb 3.0 on opposite side of the 2 usb ports. Only issue iI have had, 12 GB of RAM & touchscreen for the price... best deal period

Everything is get I could not find one to buy that had 500GB SSD so I bought this one and upgraded it. It runs great. Price was good screen is ok and it gets the job done verry well.

Good looking unit, much lighter than previous laptop. A whiz on internet, on ookla getting 300+ download and 45+ upload speeds. Seems to be well built and was easy to convert to Windows 11.

This computer has a lot of features. It was not heavy and holds a charge. I was epecting a better and more clear screen but it was still a good buy.
