I love my computer glad I choose this one. The speed, display and to top off being touch made it a plus for me as well.

Bought this computer for my son. It is his first computer and doesn’t have a great need for a computer. It was adequately priced for its features. He loved the touchscreen feature.

Great for the price. Bought this as a Christmas special and it is a great value for an i5 processor and 12GB of memory. Fine for simple use like internet and office type programs.

Fast and clean running bought for scool computer for great grand daughter for collage works well i added a4tb ssd set one drive and backup to my nas auto backup with teamviewer runing in back round so i can help her out. Install office 365 for her too. She likes this very much. No many kids get there IT Support from Great Grand Dad!

This computer has been fast and reliable for years. Bought it back in 2022 before everything and after this many years it finally stopped working. 100% would but it again if Best Buy still had it in stock.

So far so good! Excellent performance, easy to use. I had to disable S mode of windows 11 in order to install turbo tax - that was simple enough to do.

The HP laptop provides excellent speed at startup and operation. The silver case allows the laptop’s appearance to be to maintained. There are 2 reasons this product didn’t receive 5 stars. First is that the keyboard makes a rattling sound while typing. Initially very annoying, but over the past weeks I’ve gotten used to it, but it’s wasn’t annoying enough to return. Second is the mouse device, which now has the mouse buttons integrated into the surface itself as opposed to the older models which had separate buttons. Supposed improvement, but it causes unintended problems for this operator.

I thought this a steal, since I bought it on sale at a price point similar to lower-end laptops I was considering. I normally like HP, but this laptop has a ton of problems. When it's working, it works pretty good. It's quick and basically does what it says on the tin. And it USUALLY works. But for what I paid I was sort of hoping it wouldn't be as...i don't know, buggy? However, it often fully does not work. Several times I have booted it up only to have it working so slow it's unusable. Even trying to type anything will have like a full 5-10 second delay. This has happened 3-4 times, and I had to turn it off and on again multiple times before the problem corrected itself. Additionally, once every couple weeks the laptop will go to sleep and will not wake back up. As in, when I open it it will freeze on the pre-sign-in screen. I won't be able to move the cursor or click anything and the keyboard won't respond so I simply have to do a hard reboot. Which usually but doesn't always fix the problem. Similarly, the screen will go dark (while the computer is very much on) and I won't be able to do anything but a hard reboot. It's pretty troublesome. Overall, I kind of wish I could go back and choose a different laptop, or that I would have returned it early on. I encountered these problems within the first week of owning the laptop, but then they stopped for awhile so I assumed it was just a one-time thing. Egg's on my face. I would say look elsewhere.

Currently got my nephew this laptop and he loves it able to complete homework assignments and play some video games on it as well ! Great for the price .

So far this is a great combination. The SSD drive is fast to load, the 12 GB memory is great for multitasking and the touch screen is a big plus.

It's fast and reliable. The 12gb opens emails that even my work computer won't open. I can stream movies and shows and work remotely when I need to,
