This is a good computer for the price. I thought it would be faster with the 1 TB HD and 8 GB memory. But I have not seen a lot of increase in the speed. The touch screen is nice on some of the games but it still seems to lock up too much.

The computer is user friendly. I love the touchscreen.

Easy to set up. The only problem I had was getting the print driver to work correctly which I thought was really wierd since it is a HP printer. Still have problems scanning to the computer but everything else works. Download Speed is good.

I like the size of this laptop and it is easy to use.

Quick and Easy to use Light Weight Bright Screen *****

Hard drive on our previous laptop failed so we needed to get another one quickly. Once I explained our needs for a laptop, I was shown this one and another brand. This hp meets our needs for home computing, email, and internet searches.

I'm coming from a macbook for the past 11 years and I was hesitant to return to Windows. The biggest selling point for me was the CD/DVD player. I also liked the touch-screen since I've become accustomed to them on mobile devices. I was able to spread out payments over 12 months which was also a plus. Very satisfied so far.

I love the separate number pad, the only thing I wish for is a light to let me know the number lock or cap lock is on, love the touch screen kinda has the feel of a tablet when you need it. Great piece of equipment for the price.

Very happy with my purchase. Laptop has a lot of storage, boots quickly and hums along for the applications I use. It was easy to set up and I was able to quickly transfer data from my old laptop using the USB 3.0. Very few laptops come with a full numeric keyboard, much less a DVD R/W drive. Highly recommend it.

This is unbeatable price for this laptop. The only bad thing is the cover (lid) is extremely thin and bends inside if you put your finger on top of it. So avoid to put something on top of it otherwise your screen may damage.

It is fast and does not lag when playing games such as ROBLOX and other games. Downloads are pretty quick. However I have noticed that when I press down on a key, the cursor doesn't move. Other than that I am happy with it.

Went with HP cause I’ve always had good luck with them.

It's overall a great laptop. Has powerful processor and enough RAM. Not for gaming, but for everyday use, including photo editing, it has sufficient power. Only gripe is the body is a bit plasticy/flimsy.

I have enjoyed the laptop. Has everything I need on it and I also run my husbands company quick books on it. It's extremely fast and battery life seems long. I would highly recommend this product. I have always wanted a laptop and it's my first one but I am excited with this purchase and price of it.

I purchased this laptop to replace my old HP laptop. I have been very happy with it. It was easy to set up. The only thing I wish had not changed was the control pad on my old HP was smooth....the new HP is rough. I like the smooth but it is not a problem. Otherwise it has been a great laptop.
