Replacement laptop is working fine

Best Buy replaced it with a brand new identical one. This one works well. Updates still seem to be slow and since I have used no memory on it I hope when I transfer files from my last laptop to the new one it won't be slower still. I bought the Geek Squad warranty for three years so I will have support if I have problems with it in the future.
