Good choice

Had small issue with it locking up at first but after updating windows 10 software seems to have been fixed.

Second bad hard drive

I now have to take it in for repairs or replacement. First one I had less than a month, second one Ive had 90 days. Geek squad could do nothing over the phone and claim the hard drive is bad. Buyer beware there was a batch of bad hard drives for this system.

I bought a bad laptop - Best Buy replaced it

Best Buy was great to replace the laptop and run a diagnostic test to be sure the replacement had a good hard drive.
