I went from a 17.5" screen to a 15.5" for the weight. Size and weight are perfect now. Pictures are crisp and clear. Memory is quite large which I need for the photos I take and the documents I need to store for my HOA board membership, Everything I need.

The product was as advertised. Got here in a timely manner, had the software as advertised, was much faster on the startup process then the VISTA Windows system I had, and using an adapter cable was able to hook up my VGA second monitor with no problems.

My laptop died and I needed a new one. This was similar except for newer software. This does the job. Windows 10 actually is less user friendly in some ways which is a negative.

This laptop has a great display and the sound quality has been good. I purchased a wireless mouse to use with it that has been easier to use than the mouse pad on the laptop.

The product does what I need it to do and more My biggest complaint is with Microsoft. It is very hard and extremely cumbersome to transfer data from windows 10 to windows 10

I am a nursing student and was in extreme need of a laptop after my Dell died. I have owned HP laptops in the past and this is by far the best HP ive bought. Have had zero problems. Also..a lot of my classmates have the same laptop and love it.

This is just what we were looking for in a new home computer. The only dissatisfying feature is the mouse. It doesn't respond as quickly as the computer that it replaced.

When my computer broke, I needed a new one. I liked how this computer worked and all the things that came with the computer. It shouldn't be used for games or anything that requires a whole lot of memory. But it's great for school work and such.

RAN QUICK AND SILENT AT FIRST THEN LARGE DOWNLOAD AND UPDATE HAS LEFT IT SLOW LOUD CLICKS ALL THE TIME. NOT RECOMMENDED.

I'm enjoying my new laptop and the battery life seems comparable with most. I'm learning about about the new windows 10 programming and products offered there.

For the specs the price should be about 350 my opinion other then that 15 inch touch screen. 7gen processor pretty cool

needed something for my home office and my old laptop got a virus, it is cheaper to purchase new rather then fix the old love best buy for all my electronics

This HP is working great. No problems and I am enjoying Windows 10. I was a little disappointed in the installed antivirus, but I just changed to one I already had a subscription with. Than was not the fault of the computer.

It's alright for my second computer. Faster then my fist. I'm still figuring out how to you it! I like it thought

I am mostly pleased with the laptop. The only issue I have is the length of time it takes to open applications. Some take several minuted to open.

This laptop is just ok. The functionality of touch screen and keyboard is nice. You should plan to get a mouse to save yourself a lot of headache though! The built in mouse is very difficult, the machine isn't overly fast by any means and Windows 10 is a bit of a pain! It has nice features for photo editing though. For the price it is ok, but I don't love using it.

This is my second HP laptop the first one is 10 years old and still runs on XP This one made it possible to upgrade to Windows 10. So far so good

This is a great machine but getting use to Windows 10 is a challenge. I do wish that the number lock had a light on it. The delete key is small and I wish it had something to feel when trying to find it by feel.

Good product for price, screen is easy to read and clean (being a touchscreen). May have to upgrade memory, but seems to be working for now.

The only thing that I would change about this computer is the speed. It does take a while to start up...but once it's up it runs fairly well.
