a very good replacement laptop for wifes old one. better faster lighter. only thing to make better is a bigger battery , longer life!

I spent a lot of time trying to find a computer for a good deal. This computer stood out and I decided to buy it. It is a fast performing computer and is a great value buy. Here are some a-ha's.... Pros: 1) Fast performing! 2) Great price 3) Bottom of the computer doesn't get hot like my old ones! Stays nice and cool. 4) Touch screen works pretty good. Didn't think I would use it, but it's really helpful. Especially, when scrolling through websites. 5) Start-up isn't the long start-up from the past...it's pretty quick. Cons: 1) The wireless card on this does not support the newest wireless technology of wireless AC. I can't connect to my service providers 5 gigahertz connection which just means I can't access the internet as quickly. It goes fairly quick but there is lag time. 2) The keyboard is not lighted. I didn't think this would bother me but when I'm sitting on the couch with just the TV on...it's kind of annoying not to be able to see the keys (I can type without looking but sometimes there's that one key you need to look for). 3) The screen quality is "OK". For some it might not matter, but it's not the most amazing. It's really fine, but I'm just being picky. 4) The mouse trackpad makes me feel like the computer is running slow. I installed a wireless mouse and this thing works so much smoother with that! 5) Memory is not expandable past the 8gb installed from what I can tell. Suggestions: 1) Unpin the "ad" looking things from the start by right clicking and clicking "unpin". This helps declutter the start menu and then you can find programs you WANT to put there. 2) Unpin icons from the taskbar on the bottom of your screen that you don't use by right clicking and unpinning. To pin something down there just right click on the program and click "pin to taskbar". 3) Buy a wireless mouse. You can get one online for like $10. Worth the investment! At the end of the day, I use the internet a lot and want to have the best connection to upload things to internet and download things from the internet so this computer isn't for me. But, if that doesn't matter to you...this is a great computer!

This computer replaced a 6 year old Dell. It's faster , has a better picture and is easy to use. Love the touch screen.

This laptop is small, fast, and very lightweight. I am very pleased with all aspects of the way it looks and performs.

Bought this laptop as a backup for work purposes. For its price point, this is a very good laptop and allows me to do what I need.

After returning a lower end HP, I decided to bump up my specifications just for speed, but must admit, the touch screen and backlit keyboard are nice features to have. No issues whatsoever.

Gave 5stars because this laptop is very good for the amount I spent. I wish it had a backlit keyboard but on sale I only spent around $350 (next day price was $550) on it so it doesn't have every feature but it is nice with plenty of memory, fast processing speed, graphics that are vivid, wifi connectivity, Win10, and casing made of durable quality material. I feel like I have a laptop that cost me $1000 but I know differently so I am very pleased.

Excellent computer, really fast, easy to use, touchscreen really works great and really nice design.

Worked great right out of the box! Not too big, not too small... fast and plenty of storage space.

My high school uses it and seems to like it. Seems to never have an issue. His only complaint is that he wish it could be a bit thinner. However there has to be a bit of give and take...if you want a larger screen for a reasonable price and 1TB of storage...what can you really complain about. Nice clarity.

My wife used this laptop for work, is very fast, with a lot of memory and great price.

Good value for what you get. Use it all the time & happy with its functionality. Only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because of concern when plug heats up. Touch screen can be a little too sensitive for my liking, but it's the first one I've had, so there's been a learning curve.

Great Laptop. I use this laptop for personal and business purposes. Plenty of memory, love windows 10 compared to windows 8, handles my college work, and many programs. I have the Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office, Google Chrome, and anti-virus protections and the computer works great. No problems with speed or waiting for things to load. Would definitely recommend for the price.

I originally purchased this laptop to transfer lost data from my PC by the Geek Squad. I have subsequently used it for various purposes including using it to download videos and films for organizational use and personal travel. It is easy to use and performance has been excellent.

Good laptop haven't had any problems with it. My 4, 7, and 8 year old can navigate it too.

Setup was super easy. Powerful performance and love touch screen aspect.

Helpful to have the option of either touch screen or using the mouse. Especially if you use your iPad often and tend to touch the screen.
