Amazed at this machine, and I have had a few. This is a particular one that gives motion, from xp1 to xp2 to 7 to 8.1 now 10 all I have to say it covers all my needs, maybe 6 more gigs of ram will kick better.

I simply asked the young man at the store to help me choose. He asked what I wanted to do with it, and then helped me select this one. So good to have truly knowledgeable employees there. Like it used to be!

I've been testing multiple laptops and while this one seemed solid the issue i had was performance while operating trading software.

I wish it was a little faster processor but it's good for the price and does what I need it to do.

For me to give this product five stars, it would need a power button to lights up when turned on. Also, a backlit keyboard would be nice.

Bad Antivirus Kaspersky. Why would best buy give you a free year Antivirus, because it's not compatible with Windows 10 search engine.

I bought this for my wife because she does not like my Mac. She loves this computer. It does everything she wants and then some. She uses it mainly in conjunction with her silhouette and for crafting.

I was looking for a laptop and I love this one!!!! Got a great deal and am happy that I went a step better than the one I was initially considering. It was worth the money. I use this laptop daily.

Had an issue with it a couple months after purchase but after Best Buy repaired it, it's been good since.

Got this laptop just to edit photos and videos. Works as expected. Seems fast enough for what I have used it for so far. Colors on screen are good. Not a fan of windows 10 but what can you do

Laptop is great for working from home, though a little heavy if you need it to travel consistently to various work locations.

I'm still on a learning curve with Windows 10 but so far I am enjoying it. I'm glad that it does read my files from my outdated computer, Lightweight compared to any laptop I've had before.

I like this tablet a lot. I am a student and needed something to use for my studies when on the go instead of taking my laptop with me. Overall, I am super happy with my purchase.

Although i have had a Dell since i purchased a laptop, the HP is fairly comparable in what it offers for the price.
