After 30 day the computer fail. Hard drive failed. I both this computer new. Now without a computer for three week because Best Buy will not support software matter. I waiting to see what will happen.

This computer is used daily but just a couple of hours , it has developed a mind of it's own ! forgets it's IP , won't let me do what I want to do, does a roll job, tells the printer to not recognize IP , in general , NOT HAPPY !!!

It worked fine until a month later. The sound went out. I took it to geek squad and they downloaded a new sound drive. It worked at the store and a few hours after. But I started it the next day and the sound was gone again.

Overall, I like the computer. I cannot find the power off button however I am not using this to its full capacity. Wish it had more clearer instructions with the packaging. They assume we are all tech savvy.

I bought this computer for my grand daughter . It very fancy touch screen very nice it works will , but she said the battery dies very, very fast.she want to bring it back to the Geek square to check it out.

Hard drive was bad right out of the box and screen quality was not good.

This laptop was recommended to me to use for school, so I was really excited when I received it (had to have one shipped to store since the store was out of stock). Unfortunately, the very first time I tried to use it to complete a Comp II assignment it froze up on me and then shut down... And continued to do so every time I tried to use it. So I ended up returning it and getting my money back.

Dedicated video memory which was not listed in specs was so small that I ended up returning the same day.

It's take 15 min to open windows some times more than that and when it's open if you try to open new page computer going to be freezing and and that time I get lost my temper but I don't have choice to keep it because my return policy was just 15 days . I'll never buy any HP products . It's totally bull...t ! Brand new laptop condition heheheh !! Very poor quality!

Still not sure how I like this item, haven't found my photos that were downloaded for me.

This laptop is slow. Touch screen is ok but it takes so long to respond

TO SLOW AND I CANNOT FIGURE OUT HOW TO SAVE THINGS INTO FAVORITES.

Having many issues, so jury still out! Time will tell.

I had the computer 22 days when it wouldn't boot up.

Going to bring it in for them to look at the screen

Returned two. Slow and just overall not a good product. I have purchased HP laptops in the past and have always had a good opinion of the product. Not this time, I would steer away from this one! Would rate zero stars if it were possible.

Rating is worse than poor. Picture color, contrast & quality is horrible & thoroughly disappointing. I trusted HP thinking HP makes best Lap Top. I don't have a camera to take a picture to send you.

Not at all impressed with the speed of this laptop. It is very slow and slow to boot up. Most of the time it takes at least 5 or more minutes to get passed the Welcome to Windows screen.
