I love it. It's fast and comfortable. easy to use .

So far I am quite happy with the computer. It is taking some time to get used to it. My old computer was quite slow. This one seems to be peppy. Every once in a while the cursor jumps to another place, but I think it may be my fingers or wrist hitting something to make it do that. I simply need to practice on the keyboard.

First, the guys at Best Buy really helped me decide on the best computer for my needs not just by sale price. That was very important to me because I wanted "enough" of a computer to fill my needs, but also not too much for what I do not do. This is a touch screen and I enjoy that because it is quick and easy to use. All of my work that I need to do is efficient. The keyboard is large and I love the 10 key as well. I like this computer

The laptop is easy to use and the speed is good. I use it for a variety of different things.

I love the touch screen and it has an i5 processor, number pad and enough RAM to start with.

I got this laptop very cheap during a 'super' sale. It behaves a little slow for an i5. Took 23 min to copy 28GB from a 32G Sandisk ultra sd card. It only took 11 min on my other i5 laptop. But with such good price, I am ok with it using it to sort my photos and doing simple daily tasks surfing the net.

it meets my needs for a laptop that has a lot of space for programs and it has the touch screen too also I needed it to have a dvr drive to be able to download music for Itunes to and also save pictures in DVR CD s and the price was right too I am very leased with it and plan to use it for a long time

This is a nice touch screen. The speed is adequate and the touch screen is great.

my wife needed to replace her aging Vista era laptop... this was such a great price point for a very nice machine with more than enough power for normal home and hobby use. I build software for a living, and use an HP i7 for work, but for home use, this is a great compromise on price. more than enough disk space, fast enough processor to do most things. No complaints at all, this gets the job done.

Another great HP PC; lots of storage and lightning fast for everything I want to do

This is our first computer and so far it's done everything we want just fine and at a decent speed. We're just basic users of social media, searches, etc.no gamers here.didn't give 5 stars only because we've only had this a short time and are learning its capabilities on a daily basis

I've purchased HP laptop's before and needed another one. It's an inexpensive model for basic things that I need. The only thing I don't like (hence the 4 stars) is that the down arrow sticks sometimes. It is a touchscreen and I really like that feature. Good laptop for basic work!

I was worried that me son's needs would be too much for this machine. However it boots fast now that I removed all, the bloat ware and works great for his youtubing, fan fiction and basic computing. A great bang for the buck. It will not be a good choice for even the casual gamer.

Given the specs of this laptop, I would say it’s one of the best investments I’ve made in a while. Great for office work, and small software systems. Not so great for video editing and production studio work. Getting a second monitor for the double the efficiency!

After doing a lot of online research, I lucked out getting a great deal on this laptop in-store. (I wish I would have picked one up for my college-bound daughter too!) I am not very tech savvy, but find this laptop to be fast, friendly and have been able to do everything I need to (drafting documents to online banking).Best laptop keyboard I've used (with numeric keypad!).
