Haven't had this laptop long but so far it is working really well for me. I use it for downloading tons of photos, use Word and Excell for personal items and haven't had any issues.

I bought this for my 88-year-old mom who's struggled with her Surface. She absolutely loves everything about it. The ease of use; the picture; the sound. And the price was great too.

My ipad died and needed an immediate replacement. All my banking and bill paying are online. Great value for my needs. plug and play easy. Up and running in 15 minutes and paid a credit card due on time. Keyboard layout is very close to normal desktop so typing is easy. Number pad is a plus for spreadsheet entries. Bluetooth/wireless has great range as I print to a device in another room.

I love the touch screen capabilities. The size is perfect and so was the price. I am definitely thinking about buying again for my daughter.

I love my new HP laptop. Its touch screen snd has a good amount of storage space. Dies exactly what I want and need to do. Very happy with it. Oh and the graphics are awesome!!

It’s good and super fast using it for my nephew school home work and few software projects works can be easily done with out any hiccups.

Bought this laptop for an elderly neighbor who needed help picking out a computer. CPU and memory are excellent for everyday tasks. Very "snappy" when booting, opening/using programs, and shutting down. Her only complaint is that the lettering on the keyboard keys are not bold so they are a bit hard to read. She's going to use it for a few weeks and if the lettering issue still bothers her, we're going to order some keyboard key stickers that have more contrast (such as black on yellow). Other than that, she is extremely happy. We replaced her 5 year old 17" HP laptop with this one. The screen is slightly smaller on this one.

Love this laptop as well. It help me with my daily routines and to keep track of my life and bills.

Good quality laptop. Good battery life. Nice size display. Certainly not a premium quality laptop but I didn't expect that at this price range. Good value for money.

I'm very impressed with the features of my HP laptop. Its much quicker than my previous HP. It really serves my needs and what I need to use it for.

Good, solid notebook computer for a good price. Purchased about two months ago for $429.99 plus tax. Two concerns bugged me: First, the keyboard: silver on silver. Solution: I purchased a black silicone keyboard to fit over and cover up the silver on silver. Much better contrast. Second, the screen glare. Solution: I purchased a non-glare film that I installed on top of the computer screen. These two fixes make this computer much better. I am giving this computer 4 out of 5 stars. I don't have any complaints (anymore) about the computer. However, I'm sure there are better, and likely costlier, notebook computers out there.

I purchased this laptop for business purpose. It Looks very premium and performance is top notch and feels like high end. I am very very satisfied with it.
