So far I am loving my purchase. Due to my very limited budget I chose to go with an open box option. The condition was labelled as excellent with no damage. This is mostly accurate, the only damage I could see upon inspection was a small crack on the corner of the keyboard bezel(furthest side from the screen, left of the keyboard). Since it doesn't inhibit function and almost certainly won't become worse (I try my hardest to treat my devices very well), I'm not truly concerned about it. The laptop is fast and silent. I have only had it less than a day so I am leaving my review as four starts. Once I can confirm it's continued function after some time has passed I will change my rating to match the device performance.

the laptop is good just the picture quality is not good because it is lcd and highest definition viewable is low too. otherwise the product is good , performance and battery life wise.

I’m not going to lie, I’ve been having issues with this notebook off and on since I got it. The battery runs hot for no reason then there are error messages that follow. Then today my computer screen is black. It’s charging but a completely black screen. I’m in school so this is very inconvenient.

Right out the box its broken? How terrible. Cant connect to internet or get past that point.hp faukt? Windows fault? Who knows. I paid for a brand new laptop and got a paper weight. I cant believe it. This trash is the worst i have ever bought . I want my money back. We entered the correct password dozens of times.

I've always had HP computers. Never once had an issue with them. I was debating between the i5 and i7 version. While the i7 is a faster processor, the i5 is significantly cheaper and still has plenty of power and speed to get what you need done. Most could maybe even get away using the i3. Unless you are running a ton of apps and videos at the same time, you won't need the i7. This is NOT a gaming laptop. It CAN run moderately sized games, but you're better off getting a Victus laptop for that. It's much better suited for home and office. Very quick startup and easy to use interface. It can run multiple applications at the same time with no issues. It has decent memory, but you can choose to upgrade if you wish. The resolution is perfectly fine and has many quality of life options you can explore. It's lightweight and looks nice. Battery life is great too and the keys are easy to type with. You will not find that many laptops that offer you so much at this price point. You can also get a bunch of accessories too with it. Very happy with this laptop.

This HP laptop has pretty much everything most people need. If you aren't playing the latest 3D games or editing professional videos, this laptop has all the power and features you need at a very good price. The screen resolution is at the lower end of the currently available range, but there are many more expensive laptops with that same screen - and you will be hard-pressed to notice a difference anyway. There is plenty of RAM and the SSD is twice as big as most in this price class. The touch screen is nice, there are enough USB ports, and there is an HDMI port. The keyboard is OK although it is not backlit which is not an issue for me since most backlit laptop keyboards are not that great anyway. Another nice thing is that the laptop isn't loaded up with bloatware software that you'll never use or worse constantly asks you for money. Overall I don't have a single complaint about this laptop. you can pay a lot more to get a lot less.

I was sick to y stomach when I was told me laptop was old (4-5 yrs old). I took it into the Geek Squad to remove pop-ups, virus, et and found 1240 virus corruption my PC beyond fix. I found this little laptop that was lightweight and inexpensive $450. If I have to buy a new computer every 4 years, I'll save where I can. After my data dump, the machine loaded in seconds, no additional screen password and found windows 11 very easy to navigate. Where was this 4 years ago?

I recently purchased this laptop at my friendly local Best Buy store. This was a wonderful choice. First, the packaging was superb. It was packed nicely to ensure that it survived all the modes of transportation that I know this laptop had to endure. Next, it is extremely lightweight. Not like the laptops years ago that were so heavy. I can carry this from room to room or office to conference room with ease. The screen size is just right for aging eyes or even the young eyes that can see everything! The processor fits my needs and clarity of the screen and speed of this laptop are top notch.The battery life is awesome. I had it powered on 3 days straight without charging. You should definitely purchase this great machine/laptop. I can guarantee that you will not be disappointed.

For the money, this is a great computer. Lightweight, fast and responsive with good battery life This is a budget computer -- I bought it for $440. It's designed to be a low-cost option. Don't expect it to have a metal case and have an ultra-high resolution screen and be as solid as a $2,500 Apple computer. It isn't designed to complete with those computers, so don't expect it to.

Hi recently purchased this awesome laptop couple of months ago as a gift for my niece, upon hearing her own say about it that she is extremely satisfied about everything on her new laptop, she said its extremely fast and easy to use with having the touch screen feature also just makes thing a lot more easier. so there ya go its 4 stars. why 4? well.. we all know all/most laptop have battery issues its the first one needed to be replace after a couple of years of service. that's the only cons about a laptop. do I recommend it? he'll yea worth every penny. thank me later.

With a solid state hard drive and touch screen and touch pad, this computer is fast and easy to use. I am very happy with it. The sales person at Best Buy ask my wants and needs and narrowed the laptops down to about 4 and let me look and pick for myself. It was a great experience and I had wanted to just do it myself, but this was a much better way with a knowledgeable person to help.

I'm changing this laptop now, after 3 years. A complete killer! Now is an old model (2025) but I would recommend for home office anyway.

While it’s touted as a premium laptop, in actual performance it is closer to that category known as mid-range. Thankfully, its price tag reflects this. The plastic case is pretty decent, and the laptop itself looks attractive enough. It’s got enough power to absolutely steamroller through regular desktop work without much fuss, and a great keyboard and impressive trackpad complete its compliment of positives. On the other hand, the laptop’s screen is thoroughly unimpressive, and this takes a fair bit of shine away from it. The laptop’s battery performance is disappointing as well, and the port offerings can only fairly be described as limited. Plus, the laptop may come across as unattractively bulky to some users. All things considered, the HP 15.6” Touchscreen Laptop “NATURAL SILVER” performs no worse than you’d expect mid-range laptops too, even though it hardly performs better. If you’re after a laptop able to execute light multimedia, web surfing, and word processing tasks smoothly, then this may just be the one for you.
