    Always buy HP and always buy from Best Buy. They offer the best selection and price. The computer is just what I wanted. It was easy to set up and was able to do so within minutes. I would highly recommend this computer for home use.

    I had my other older laptop for around 10 years and needed an upgrade. What little i knew about having a brand new laptop without the disc feature. Keyboard is not sensitive and i find myself tapping harder. Touch screen works wonders for me

    Nothing much wrong w it, tho the resolution could be better. I do hate Microsoft Store, none of my apps are available, not even zoom client, not what's app, etc. I'd look at something else next time
