Cheap Plastic Screen, Not Glass- BEWARE

Poor, weak hinge design

My two-year-old hp envy 360 left hinge broke making it unable to close. Check for class action lawsuit. Done with HP purchased a new Microsoft laptop from Best Buy.

Screen stopped working

Not saying this was Best Buy's fault but still not a good purchase.

The battery is at 0% and will not even boot up unless it is plugged in. Don't buy this piece of junk.

Open box with screen fault
