touch screen makes my job easy, easy to handle, excellent performance .

I love this laptop. I have owned it for two years now using it daily. I am college student and I have so many things up at once. This touch screen doesn’t miss a beat! Only issue is I try to use other computers and laptops as touch screens lol.

This product is definitely more bang for the bucks, pre insta Windows 11 was an added bonus. I found it each to set up and I am looking forward to more experience with my new laptop!

I have had this computer for a while and have been very happy with it. No issues, easy to use, not a fan of the Microsoft yearly subscriptions but that is for all computers now

I needed a new computer as the one I previously had stopped working. This one was on sale and had everything I needed as I basically just use it for emails, scrolling thru social media and storing my pictures and some documents. I do not like windows 11, I had icloud for windows on my previous computers and I have been having a lot of trouble getting it on this one. I have been to the apple store, the microsoft store and to Best Buy to talk to the geek squad. The microsoft store was the only one that gave me any hope of getting it to work although it seems like it will be a complicated process. I may go without and i'll just live with what I have now.

I was in the market to replace my former HP (6 years old) laptop, when I came across this HP on BB website; after reading the reviews I was sold. The best part, is that I purchased this laptop as an OPEN BOX item at a very good price. I've now had the laptop for almost a month, and the speed and battery life is awesome. I am completely satisfied as I am an embroidery business owner, this laptop storage space is awesome. I highly recommend this HP laptop.

I was looking for a laptop for personal use, I've had HP computer's and a ipad. Wanted to combine them and found this. Very fast and extremely lite.

I bought this computer open-box and so far it has been a good experience. The battery last a lot and is fast enough to do normal stuff in Microsoft.

Great computer, my only complaint I wish it had more usb ports. Other than that I have no complaints the touch screen brings it to another level, when I’m traveling for work there’s no need for an external mouse. The sim and lightweight design packs more than enough power for what I need. I can open spreadsheets, run teams or zoom meetings, pull up blueprints and email all at the same time without any difficulty.

Good laptop for the money. Good battery life and speeds. I would recommend if you’re looking for a basic laptop.

I LOVE IT!! MY HUSBAND GAVE IT TO ME FOR CHRISTMAS. I LIKE THE TOUCHSCREEN! IT IS ALSO SO LIGHT TO CARRY. ITS SO MUCH EASIER FOR ME TO TAKE SOMEWHERE.

didn't realize how slow my old computer was until i started using this one. Very fasts response times. Love the touch screen.

It performs as I hoped. It is much faster than the computer it replaced and required very little setup to get my applications running again.
