Nice computer but you need to add memory.
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The price was nice. I wanted a computer with a med-range CPU i5, computer is fairly quick for basic task like the surfing the web and playing videos. The size is good not too small , but not as intrusive like a 17'' computer. The computer has Iris Xe Video graphics and ships with (1 stick)8gb of memory, if you want to take advantage of the Iris Xe you'll need to add another stick of memory to the computer so that is runs in Dual Channel mode (has an empty slot); otherwise, computer will default to UHD. My understanding is that Iris Xe has better performance regarding graphic tasks then UHD. The only disappointment I have (very small) is my old computer would power up when you opened the Lid this one doesn't do that, there's nothing in the software or bios to change or allow this. (this is a small inconvenience) Windows S is not a big deal to get out of , I think all Laptops come with that enabled. SSD is fast and 512gb, you can always upgrade if you need more space standard M.2 NVMe drive. I like the touch screen, once you have a touch it's hard to go back to a none touch laptop.

HP Laptop 15-fd0xxx
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased for my MIL the week prior and liked it so well I got one for myself. Easy to set up and update. VERY quick compared to my previous disc drive laptop. I found a perfectly fitted cover that snaps on to protect it.

Openbox laptop
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Was happy with the purchase BUT i did not see anywhere on the sale that said the charger would not be included. If its an open box in "excellent" conditions the expectation is that everything is included and all set to go. The laptop came in a replacement box unwrapped and with very little protection. No problems with the actual device so far. Battery life has been good and the screen size is great. Item it self is light. Overall the item is good just disappointed in the package/delivery.

Good
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Solid mid-range laptop with responsive touch screen, fast SSD, and reliable Intel Core i5 performance. Great for everyday tasks, though not ideal for heavy gaming or intensive workloads

Power tab location
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The HP laptop is working well. Easy to operate. Only complaint is that the power tab was moved into the middle of the task bar. It used to be outside the task bar, a larger size, and was easy to find. It is now the same size as the other tabs, in the middle of the task bar, and hard to find.

Good PC say no to Windows 11S
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.HP PC works well. My only complaint is window 11S. This is a technical waste. Can not download apps not on the MS store. You need to disconnect from window 11 S and can not switch back per MS help desk contact.

Love it
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.“I’ve been using the HP for a few months now, and it’s absolutely amazing! This laptop is a game-changer for anyone who values portability, performance, and a sleek design. The design is incredibly thin and lightweight, making it perfect for carrying to work or travel. The build quality feels premium, and the midnight finish I chose looks stunning. The performance exceeded my expectations. The M2 chip is super fast—I can easily multitask with multiple Chrome tabs, video editing on Final Cut Pro, and streaming music in the background without any lag. It’s quiet, too, since it doesn’t have a fan. The display is vibrant and crisp, with accurate colors that make watching movies and editing photos a joy. The battery life is another highlight—I regularly get 14-15 hours on a single charge, which is perfect for long days away from an outlet. Overall, it is worth every penny if you need a reliable and stylish laptop for productivity and entertainment. Highly recommend it to students, professionals, or anyone looking for a great all-around laptop!”

Great affordable laptop
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My #1 priority was finding a laptop with the biggest screen at Best Buy, and w/ keys that I can type on without issues (spacing, tactile feel--I can't type fast on flat keys bc I can't really feel them well). I also needed one that was more modern as it was replacing an old PC. And, I had a strong preference for a built-in numeric keypad, which it does have in spite of the specs saying it doesn't in the BB listing (as of this time). I spend all day in my home office doing my day job so I dread working on my home PC in there too. The intention for this laptop was to get me out of that office and be comfortable using this computer in any other room of the house. Mission accomplished. I really enjoy using this computer. The Best Buy salespeople (multiple) tried to steer me away from this because for a couple hundred dollars more, I could get an i7 but the screen wasn't as big and the keys didn't have that tactile feel I was looking for. I also noticed that the laptop from the company I just quit was an i5 and my new company as well gave me an i5. I figured if it's good enough to do my job, it's good enough for me to do the essentials at home. I've had this for only a couple weeks so I can't speak to long-term observations, but I have had zero issues with it thus far. It's fast, it's pleasant to look at (on the internet and with the programs I installed), no eye strain that I'd normally get looking at a small laptop screen, it does what it's supposed to do (my old PC doesn't so this is so nice!) For people on the go, this might be too big or too heavy but for those with the same criteria I had, this is pretty perfect. I am not a gamer or streamer, so I can't speak to responsiveness in that regard but for shopping, email, paying bills, doing research, etc., it's great. Got this during Black Friday week for $350 and I couldn't be happier. I was planning to spend around double that but this one met all my needs. Win win! I think it's kind of lousy that BB has a 15-day return policy, that's just not enough time to test it out and ensure it's not going to cr@p out on you, but one thing I will always keep in mind if I need to replace this is that the return period during Xmas season is in January so it gives you more time to test it. They tried to sell me the membership which also extends the return period but I didn't personally see the value for my situation.

Great laptop for surprisingly good price
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this for my wife for Christmas and she loves it. Fast boot times, snappy performance, and amazing battery life is the selling points for this device. Only cons are the screen quality “visually” isn’t the best, but it’s not terrible either, and the shell feels very weak. But overall for the price and being a HP, this is a great buy for anyone looking for a laptop for everyday use like web browsing, video streaming, and casual gaming without breaking the bank.

Best laptop with best price
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I recently purchased the HP 15.6" Touch-Screen Laptop, and it has exceeded my expectations. The Intel Core i5 processor combined with 8GB of RAM ensures smooth multitasking, and the 512GB SSD provides ample storage and quick performance. The touch screen is responsive and enhances productivity. The design is sleek and modern, and the Natural Silver finish gives it a premium look. Overall, it’s a great choice for everyday tasks, work, and light entertainment. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a reliable and stylish laptop!

Laptop Review
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This laptop is an all in one machine, perfect for running complex applications and it’s speed is just so amazing! My only recommendation is to get screen guard, because since it’s touch screen we tend to touch the screen more often and it can potentially get spoiled. Which is more of a maintainance thing. But love love love this product. Perfect for students pursuing advanced degrees with the need to do complex programming and etc.
