My laptop was a great value for the price. I never thought that I would be able to afford a touch-screen and a solid state hard drive for the price that I paid for this Laptop. Finally, the Intel Core i7 was a special bonus. Again, a great value packed with high-end features

Great computer for every day use. Touch screen is a great feature and convenient. Super fast processor and it's just the right size, not too bulky or heavy and the picture quality on the screen is awesome! All at a reasonable price. I would recommend this product for anybody looking for a new laptop.

It has a soft keyboard touch, performance is good, great resolution, fast, great battery life. Easy to program. Great for everyday home or school – not gaming. My biggest complaint is I wish the keyboard letters/numbers weren’t silver on silver.

Got it for my son and he loves it. He plays Fortnite and Roblox at the same time while also casting youtube to his tv. It works great for everything he wants to do, doesn't lag or glitch. Touchscreen is great as well. He is 10 and it seems to be the perfect fit for him and his gaming needs.

Yeah, I kind of run in the middle average touchscreen laptop. Nothing special that I seven’s OK 16 gig memory. It does not have a good gaming card or any kind of good video card. For that matter for the price, it really should have something in there that you can at least game with this doesn’t really have that. What is the run the Mill Excel spreadsheet work and just normal Word work and Microsoft Office suite work? It works pretty well. The touchscreen is pretty cool on it but it’s nothing special for the money. I just feel like it should’ve been a little bit better the screen is OK and just same thing. Nothing special run of the middle HP.

I really like this laptop! It's not too heavy, very fast, and the keyboard is very smooth. Im used to working with apple products so making this switch has been a good transition. Still adjusting to windows but overall its been a great laptop for a very great deal!

Fair price, value. I like the Intel Core i7...seems to be faster than my 2018 HP laptop (Intel i5). I like windows 11 especially the ease of transferring files like "favorites" to the new laptop. I have bought many HP Laptops and Desktops over the years from Best Buy....this is the best.

I’m liking my new laptop. The speed is good and I like the touchscreen feature. It doesn’t have a backlit keyboard though so I remedied that by placing a dark keyboard protector over it. Works well with the new HP printer I ended up needing to buy.

This is the best laptop. It is perfect for my work from home job and very efficient, it does not get sow like a lot of my older laptops used to. The storage amount is perfect and the touch screen is my favorite. Highly recommend!

The speed of the computer is great for having various internet browsers open and excel sheets open, the battery is great for working on it all day. the resolution or display is great as well for a laptop. Recommended 100%

I have a gaming laptop i have been using for my daily work. but i needed a new one for another location. The price was right and it is light weight / slim design. I love it.

I’ve had this laptop over a year now and love it. It is used mostly for leisure browsing and for a data entry job. It is fast enough for me and the battery life is pretty good. I would buy it again.

I love it. It’s fast, reliable and the battery charge holds good. I’m always on zoom and it holds for 2 hours on zoom, before I have to charge it. The color is really nice. Overall no issues and it’s the best we ever had.

Did a lot of research before buying and glad I waited. It's very fast downloading images, etc. I love how it's light weight and easy to transport. The only thing i dislike is there is no back light on keyboard.

So far so good! Excellent laptop for the money. Fast, large screen, works well for school. Best Buy had plenty of them in stock. Bought the Best Buy extended warranty service plan for peace-of-mind, as well.

It is okay but pretty pricey. If you need a decent laptop, this is it.
