I like HP products. Last laptop lasted for several years before running very slow no matter what I did to "clean" it up. So this seems crazy fast compared to the last one. I now have a touch screen as well. Works great.

Small laptop that packs a punch. I use this for gaming on Steam on the go. You won't be doing top teir games with high FPS but a Stardew Valley, Civilization 6, My Time at Sandrock run great on it. It's fast and pretty .

It is an I7, 11th gen, and you can feel its processing speed. Good for home use. Pros: Great screen size, Sound is amazing. Cons so far: Keyboard is pretty basic. Keys wiggle around when you press them. No backlight on keyboard for night use.

For my purposes of working on the laptop and having to keep it with me it works great. It does everything I need it to do & is lighter weight then my other laptop. It has a good size screen for me & was easy to set-up

Bought as open-box (pro-tip, never and I mean NEVER pay full price at Best Buy for a laptop). Keys are cheap and spongy, as is the touchpad. I suspect they won't last under heavy use. If you scrolling TikTok and watching Netflix you're fine. If you're writing a doctoral thesis or god forbid trying to game, plan on using an external keyboard/mouse or just look elsewhere. Currently this laptop is coming with Windows 11 S, which should be considered a war crime. If you do not have a Microsoft account, you are unable to "turn off" S Mode. Why the hell is that even a thing is completely beyond me..... Hear me well, if you intend to downgrade to Windows 10 (as you should) do yourself the favor and download the appropriate drivers FIRST and save them on your USB boot drive. You WILL NEED the Intel Rapid Storage driver as you will need to load it at the appropriate Windows installation step. If you do not, you'll just get stuck with the "no drives found" error. Once Windows 10 is installed, your touchpad and wifi driver will be toast. Use a usb mouse temporarily as trying to install the touchpad driver directly is very glitchy. Just wait for Windows Updates to do it for you. For the wifi driver, in Device Manager you want to go to the network adapter and install the driver. You can browse/navigate to the driver already on the laptop, its the Realtek RTL8821-CE. Once you get that loaded, you can use Windows Update for the rest of the drivers. Specifically, the video driver is the most important. You'll notice the visual difference immediately. Yes the RAM is upgradable. No you do not need to be a "trained technician" nor do you need to pay Best Buy's extortionist fees, you just need to have basic common sense and a small screwdriver...

Before purchase I read reviews and recommendations, and then I decided what to buy. I had a HP Envy and broke easily detached from the keyboard, the screen works at the beginning like tablet, but then stop; the repair is more expensive and I decided to buy and try other model with better performance and for almost the same price as the pc repair. This laptop is compact, has a great storage capacity, run smoothly and doesn’t crash easily. Got another one for my son and my niece and until now we haven’t any issues, just keep in mind Microsoft is different company and needs to buy it separately if you need those programs.

It's great. I love the look of it; the screen is a nice size and I can actually read things on it. It's also got a good fast processor, so finding things on the internet is really fast.

Does everything I need it to do. Good product. Nice packaging. Has 2 ssUSB, which are just faster USB cords. I feel like the screen is a little dim, but maybe thats just me. Additionally, I keep having a glitch where some pop ups or text boxes are really pixelated, but it is only some of the time and may be user error.

I bought this laptop for personal use, and I'm getting everything that i was inspecting. The touch screen is very responsive. very slim and light weight .this laptop really does what I, i love it.

I bought this for my daughter in college and it has been a great. It has more than enough memory and speed for her. It should last her a long time.

Easy setup and lightning fast. The keyboard is hard to see as others have mentioned. But I bought a Logitech wireless mouse and keyboard and use it instead.
