It’s a pretty fast machine which serves me well for school and still runs fast. Great screen size and not too heavy for travel.

I was in the middle of an internet course which I'm still taking when my old 12 year old laptop died. Since the old one was an HP and had lasted that long, I wanted to replace it with another. This has been wonderful for me. Some things are a little different but for the most part everything has flowed smoothly. When I've run into a little snag, I've been able to figure out what to do and I'm a computer person at all. It just seems like everything is much easier on this laptop so I'm very happy with it.

I honestly have no complaints about this computer. It has everything I need, and a month later it's still as fast as the day I got it. I opted to use the Webroot Security package instead of McAfee, and I am absolutely happy with what it provides, which is exactly what I need. I wish that the screen was a little brighter for wen I work outside, but it's bright enough for anyone to use without damaging your eyes. The camera is excellent in Zoom meetings, and to be honest, I have not had a single problem with this laptop. Very satisfied!

This is the second laptop I bought in the recent times! Last year May (2022) I bought a laptop for my office. Since I like it I bought it again for my home use in November 2022. Till now both laptops are working just fine as they are brand new. They are fast and work with out any glitches! Really happy with touch screen. My daughter is 7 years old and she is comfortable with it. I'm happy with the price I paid for both of them!

I wanted a touchscreen, and with this laptop that's what I got. Its fast and does everything it's supposed to. Just what I needed. And Best Buy had it on sale.

This is a good budget friendly laptop i would recommend get.got this when it was on sale. Runs really good I would reccomend if u are on a budget or just a casual

I love this computer! Can fold it and its touch screen! Totally convenient! Fits in my backpack and the charge is awesome!

I use this laptop for work. It is quick, easy to use and has been a workhorse. I liked ot so much, o got one for myself.

This HP laptop replaced a 10 year old HP laptop. This laptop has all the technology that wasn't around 10 years ago that makes utilizing this laptop much more efficient to do social media, family budgeting, researching on line etc. The old laptop weighed in excess of 8 lbs. and this new laptop is just over 3 lbs. Must easier to handle and carry. Battery life is very good. Processing speed and graphic are very good. Owned this laptop for just over 30 days and I would recommend the laptop to anyone who needed to upgrade.

I've always liked HP laptops. This one is fast and has a lot of storage. I like the SSD drive the startup is very quick especially compared to my older laptop.

This Laptop is priced well, has a super fast processor and is light weight. This Laptop would make perfect a gift.

nice size, weight and performance. Be aware that this comes with Windows S mode enabled, so you are prevented from installing any applications that are not from the Windows Play Store (i.e. you can't install almost anything that you really want -- like Norton 360). I had to turn off Windows S mode, but everything else is fine.

Bought this for my wife to use at home for work. She has no complaints that I know of.

I love this laptop! So easy to set up and very user friendly. I love the touch screen on it. So far no issues at all.

It does everything I need it to do, for someone who works full time, goes to school, records/edits videos, and travels back and forth between two countries. Love it so far!!! Especially love the touch screen factor. However, I wouldn't say not having the touch screen is a deal breaker. I sometimes forget it's touch screen. The MacBook I was using before just go to be too slow and was always overheating. So, I knew I wanted to try something else. Love this one!

This a a great lop top had a great processor and super easy to used is not tha heavy i really recommend is a good quality

This was a Christmas gift for my daughter. I’ve had at least 4 computers previously and they kept slowing down on me. Thankfully the worker at best buy took that into consideration and recommended this laptop. It was an open box that I was against and she assured me that it was never used. I was a bit skeptical but I am happy that she recommended this laptop. It works perfectly well and I have no regrets. My daughter has been using it since Christmas and has no complaints. I am saving up to get me one next.

The keyboard is easy to use and the touch screen is very responsive. It's fast and great for use with online school.
