I use this laptop for work. It is quick, easy to use and has been a workhorse. I liked ot so much, o got one for myself.

This HP laptop replaced a 10 year old HP laptop. This laptop has all the technology that wasn't around 10 years ago that makes utilizing this laptop much more efficient to do social media, family budgeting, researching on line etc. The old laptop weighed in excess of 8 lbs. and this new laptop is just over 3 lbs. Must easier to handle and carry. Battery life is very good. Processing speed and graphic are very good. Owned this laptop for just over 30 days and I would recommend the laptop to anyone who needed to upgrade.

This is the second laptop I bought in the recent times! Last year May (2022) I bought a laptop for my office. Since I like it I bought it again for my home use in November 2022. Till now both laptops are working just fine as they are brand new. They are fast and work with out any glitches! Really happy with touch screen. My daughter is 7 years old and she is comfortable with it. I'm happy with the price I paid for both of them!

This Laptop is priced well, has a super fast processor and is light weight. This Laptop would make perfect a gift.

I mainly use this laptop for business purposes and day trading. Very easy to setup when you have a Hotmail account and the sync makes everything so simple. I wish it has a better battery life. Quick sync with Bluetooth items. Recommend using a wireless mouse. Although the touch screen is great, I don’t like to smear the screen.

This was a Christmas gift for my daughter. I’ve had at least 4 computers previously and they kept slowing down on me. Thankfully the worker at best buy took that into consideration and recommended this laptop. It was an open box that I was against and she assured me that it was never used. I was a bit skeptical but I am happy that she recommended this laptop. It works perfectly well and I have no regrets. My daughter has been using it since Christmas and has no complaints. I am saving up to get me one next.

HP laptops are always better and this I7 is the best one. I recommend everyone to buy this as this is user friendly and reliable.

It does everything I need it to do, for someone who works full time, goes to school, records/edits videos, and travels back and forth between two countries. Love it so far!!! Especially love the touch screen factor. However, I wouldn't say not having the touch screen is a deal breaker. I sometimes forget it's touch screen. The MacBook I was using before just go to be too slow and was always overheating. So, I knew I wanted to try something else. Love this one!

I've had this over a year and it's been great. No problems and is fast and easy to use

The keyboard is easy to use and the touch screen is very responsive. It's fast and great for use with online school.

I bought it for my wife daily jobs. She works from home as a software engineer, she is really happy with it.

Time to upgrade from my previous laptop. Don't need anything fancy but right, faster, good memory space and easy to use. This one has it all

It’s very nice and fast laptop i have ever have. Very light weight and easy to carry anywhere. I just love it!!

Overall this is a great computer. Got it from an open box and it works like new. Great specs for the money and it handles day to day activities with ease. Also any gaming with light graphics requirements run great. The case around the keyboard is bit loose, but its just a small annoyance. The main problem is with Windows 11 and all its bugs: dropping internet until computer is restarted, sleep mode disconnecting from some things, etc.

I have used HP products since I began working for different businesses, and this laptop has proven to be of top quality and effortless functionality for different opportunities to produce my presentations for business meetings.
