Great computer! It works great for all my school work, I'm able to use it to play games as well. Honestly best purchase I've made, especially being my first laptop.

Bought this laptop for my wife's startup business to replace one that was malfunctioning. She is not very twchnical, but she immediately noticed how much faster this new laptop. (i7, 16gb ram) performed vs. her previous one (i5, 8mb ram). Graphics are crisp and the casing is durable. Would by buy again!

Needed this for work from home and small use at home and its been so nice...i really like the touch screen but it has been so good and works great!

Works great only 2 downsides with product. 1. There is a nice key pad on keyboard but you can't tell when it is engaged.(should have been a light to indicate it is on ) 2. Battery life could be better. About 4 hours with screen at meduim intensity. Works great for general office tasks.

Purchased this laptop for personal use. Lightweight, happy with the speed. Switching out of Windows S mode was easy. Camera works well. Touchscreen is responsive and scrolls smoothly.

So far I love the new laptop. Never had one before, finding it very convenient to use. Takes up no space at all. Always have trusted HP products, my current desktop is an HP. Bought a case at the local Best Buy for traveling. Fits great, and has space for the power cord.

Bought this computer for my son going to college. He is an accounting major and this computer met or exceeded all of his needs. He has been in school for two years and he is very pleased.

I am very pleased with my HP laptop purchase. I always bought Dell before - but the HP works just as well or better than Dell. The salesman was very helpful in telling me the features of all of the products and made my decision about which computer to purchase much easier.

Exactly what I was looking for in a laptop, the only downside is that sometimes if you rest your hand on the side while clicking the mousepad it locks the mousepad into a clicked position, also once in a while it will glitch and keep pressing a key in certain games, all are very minor issues though and overall I am completely satisfied with this purchase.

Great laptop for someone looking to have a quick and easy setup. Able to connect to a docking station and extend displays is needed. Only thing I don’t like is the keyboard. The keys are “elevated” and not smooth so takes a little getting used to. Speed/Memory/Drive space are great!!

excellent size, versatile, easy to set up and operate

The one that I got has sticky keys: if I press down on one key, it sort of gets stuck. Still functional, but something I have to work around when writing and gaming. For my personal use I would say it’s good, but for your info, there’s only two usb ports and no Ethernet connections.

An excellent product in terms of easy navigation through a number of apps and fast response to numerous keyboard commands. With the well-respected Hewlett-Packard name, I found that moving up to a slightly better laptop than my previous one resulted in a winning situation with this purchase.
