Excellent Hewlett-Packard computer. Great loading speed at start up. Large screen display that as a 66 year old can see easily. Fast loading programs and internet. Love the vivid colors. Great keyboard. Love the space on Hard drive so I can load extra programs & games.

Bought this computer for my son going to college. He is an accounting major and this computer met or exceeded all of his needs. He has been in school for two years and he is very pleased.

Needed this for work from home and small use at home and its been so nice...i really like the touch screen but it has been so good and works great!

Does this laptop have finger print option?its says in features it has but i cant find it

Needed a second laptop for my second office and my original was out of stock. This one was only a little more money but wow is it nice!! I was fortunate while I was at the store as I had a vey knowledgeable Best buy employee as well as an enthusiastic customer that wanted to help!

This is an excellent laptop. I work remotely from home, and it is exactly what I needed. I cannot think of any negatives about this laptop. The keyboard is even comfortable. I don't typically purchase touchscreens, however, this is a very nice addition to have.

Good working laptop and has bedn working good for 5 months so far.

Laptop works great, good battery life. Light and compact. But I was told by the sales person it came loaded with Microsoft Office and customer service is not answering for the 3rd week so expect to purchase that separately on this device

I have used this computer for a few weeks and am very happy with it. It is fast with good graphics and the keyboard is perfect and not overly sensitive. It is lightweight and was easy to set up with my business programs. It is a great value for the money and exactly what I needed

I am very satisfied with my purchase. The laptop was shipped to my house and came out of the box ready to use. It works wonderfully and looks good too. The speed and efficiency of the laptop are noticeably good. Better than my job-issued Dell laptop, which is much slower.

I love my new HP laptop. It’s so fast, easy to set up and I was operational within minutes. I am so impressed with its performance and the ability to hold a wifi connection. Far better than my iPad. I did my research, bought online and picked up curbside within an hour! Can’t beat that.

I just started college and that is my purpose for getting this computer. I’ve had it for a little over a year and it still works just as amazingly as it did the day I got it. I love this computer and would recommend it to everyone.

Solid computer fasho. I didn't even realize it was touch screen, I don't think it was advertised as such. Either way, that was nice. These keys are a little flimsy though, thats the only thing I didny care for. The camera is decent. Not a bad product for sure

I absolutely adore this laptop. I bought it for school because my other one kicked the bucket. This one is lightning fast and the screen is crystal clear. I absolutely love this laptop and it’s the best investment I have made in a while

This HP is pretty versatile and can handle multiple tasks with ease. The battery life is pretty decent. The keyboard is big enough and doesn't feel cramp like other laptops even with the side keypad. Just overall sleek and performs well!

The i7 processor is much faster than the i3 I upgraded from; applications just fly. Build quality is better than my old Lenovo brand, so well done for the price. There are some reports that the keyboard has an odd feel, but it works OK for me.

Great laptop. We had our previous one for 15 years. I did not want change, but after getting this, I realized I enjoyed it. I wanted one with a bigger screen, but for the price I was not going to find one. I would recommend this to anyone.

I LOVE this laptop -- lightweight, fast and friendly, a breeze to set up. My needs are pretty basic, the Office suite and internet access, and this really meets my needs. Great performance, very satisfying experience.
