I am very pleased with this laptop. While I am not tech savvy, I replaced an older HP laptop with this one and so far I am pleased with the product and have had no problems. I used the computer for online college courses and it performs great for me.

Very nice laptop for anyone. I purchased it for my son for college. It does everything he needs, fast, great battery life, and storage.

This laptop is very fast with its applications and features. And if browsing the Internet it’s also very fast; especially if you have high speeds. HOWEVER the battery drains quickly if on Performance Mode.

Been running Dell laptops for decades, but decided on this HP because of value and features. I am extremely pleased with this machine! Sleek, fast, stable, good battery life at a great price. Definitely recommend!

This is a really great product, it has everything I need for work. It's really snappy when handling processes, not to mention how great the screen display looks. I would recommend this for someone who is looking for a great computer at a really good price.

Sleek looking and functions well. Only concern is battery life. Not sure if all the windows opened and web browsing pulls more power when unplugged. Used for 6 hours and was at a quarter power when it should be 11 hours of use.

The speed it’s fantastic, I can open many tabs at the same time, and the pages are downloading fast, and my internet speed is normal, nothing fabulous. I have heard complaints about the keyboard, and i’s very functional, delicate and nice. Fantastic laptop

Purchased to work from home and truly loved its design and style. Able to connect to multiple work programs and servers without a hitch. Loved it! Only negative was that it arrived with a tiny scratch by the keyboard.

I bought an HP laptop for the first time, thinking it would talk better to my HP printers, which I like. Not true. They haven't gotten along that well so far. My nephew bought an HP laptop for the same reason, and had the same interaction problems. The laptop is also more intrusive than my other laptops, which are the same operating systems. I wasn't aware that each company has their own way of interacting with the operating systems. HP requires more steps to accomplish the same tasks done on my two Asus computers. But it works, so I'm keeping it, and will explore work-arounds to speed up the everyday functions I use.

Fast computer. Purchased for my miece for business college. Has functioned wonderfully with the work load of her courses and using system heavy software would recommend.

I love my laptop. The keys are so nice because they are not raised so high where you have to press down so hard. The mouse is wonderfully engineered where it’s like a part of your hand. Laptop is very easy to maneuver around.

I love my new hp laptop, perfect for school and meets the requirements. The keyboard with the number pad on the side is the best. Not to mention I use my touch screen when I don’t want to use the mouse track pad.

This is a very nice fast machine....lots of RAM and HD space....it would be nice if the computer did not have the S-Mode....I had a hard time installing software until a friend removed it....it is performing very well now....Jim

No complaints! I can even play Xbox in it! Size is perfect to take anywhere.

Good brand, speed of the computer is increadle, I do not need it for gaming, only office work. but having the capability is good, if only for a low gaming range. very happy with the computer. I definetily needed the upgrade
