Overall, the laptop is ok. Cons: I had to ship the computer back to HP bc the LED light had a black tented line down the middle of the screen (had the laptop for about two weeks before this happened). Also, the battery life is horrible. You have to make sure you carryover the charger everywhere you go. The keyboard takes a little while to get used to. Pros: This laptop is fast. The screen is bright and vibrant. Touch Screen and talk to type is a game change.

Bought this for my son for school and he also uses it for games. It’s fast enough for what he needs and uses it for.

Processor is very quick and reliable. My only concern is the battery life is a bit short so under normal usage this laptop plugged into wall outlet except for a about 5 hours at a time (maximum).

Light weight, fast, great price! Replaced a very old larger laptop. WOW! Touch screen is more useful than expected.

In the Windows space, it's hard to beat HP....Good performance, large mousepad and excellent keyboard layout with num pad, running one of Intel's i7 chips making the most of this 15.6" laptop.

Works amazingly with craft programs, and photo editing software

The body was not that much strong but the performance was great. Screen looks delicates as it is a touch screen. So far no issues.

Working on the go, I needed a solid, dependable laptop, and this one did not disappoint. I liked it so much that I bought 2 more (1 for a family member and 1 for an employee).

I'm very happy with this purchase. It is exactly what I need, in terms of speed and being able to multi task. Delivery was unexpectedly fast and in-store service was excellent.

Good all-around computer for a non-gamer who needs the computer for Office and small business applications. Processing speed is quick, audio and video quality is good and 15.6" monitor is ideal for viewing.

Great powerful little notebook! A solid "medium" but low graphics card. Gowever it works great for my. A value for what I paid. A little hard learning Win 11 home/pro but I'll adapt!

Great laptop. Does everything I need. Good battery life

This unit is nice and lightweight, great for those who need to carry it with them. Screen color is great. Default font could be smaller to fit entire messages on the screen, unable to adjust it.

I absolutely love my new laptop! It operates fast and the keyboard is the perfect size and layout. I got it in the out-of-the-box deal and was not left disappointed.

Love it, would recommend it for anyone looking for a low cost laptop computer. Took little time setting it up. Absolutely have not had any issues with the HP laptop computer.

I bought this to replace an older computer whose keyboard was problematic and beyond the warranty date. Generally speaking, this has thus far been a good laptop--good to travel with, good screen size and resolution, fast. Had a little issue with the number 6 and 7 sticking on the keyboard, but I think that's been solved with a little compressed air and a good cleaning of the keys. Battery life is good-ish (4-5 hours), though sometimes certain software seems to drain it more quickly.
