    computer seems to be functioning well, no complaints so far. My only issue was that the computer came with windows 11 home in "S Mode". I was unaware of what S Mode was and found out I couldn't download certain items such as Google with it activated. I had to take it to a technician to disable it and download the items I needed.

    I like the backlight keyboard and the keypad. It has enough ram to do office tasks quickly. I always go with the intel processor.

    I love this laptop. It is easy to use it came with plenty of software already pre-loaded. Does not have the longest battery life but that is my biggest issue.

    Love my new HP laptop. I'm a previous HP buyer and just upgraded my laptop. Lightweight and easy to use. Still not sure about the color. My previous one was black. It does not have a back lit key board, the only downfall so far. Easy to set up. I recommend Total Tech, it is worth the money.
