I would recommend to read the label to see what functions this laptop has to offer before purchasing. The equipment is functional. Its not the lightest BUT again it works for me. The only thing this does not have is "keyboard lighting" BUT again this works for me. The price tag on this laptop is great especially with the latest technology. This laptop is great for home and work.

We were told that nothing could be done and once the ransom had been they would remove the virus. Took it to the nearest best buy and had them.take alook at for a week. Got it back and it has been working good for now.

Awesome PC

Best Buy was very helpful in transferring all the information from the old to new. I like the size and it's not heavy when I need to go to meetings. It has pretty good battery life and screen seems larger than what you would think for 15.6". I would recommend this computer.

Bought via bestbuy return missing power cable

Had to turn that off immediately because not being able to install non-microsoft apps is a no go… also bought a return/refurb unit and didnt come with a charger and had to spend $70 on a best buy generic brand charger. Got ripped off there.
