Battery life is great and touch screen option works amazing. Sometimes the computer has some issues staying connected to our wifi, but resetting the computer helps remedy the issue.

Computer runs hot and fan is loud

My only concern and the reason I gave it only 3 stars is that it gets very hot and the fan runs more and more loudly. Not having vast experience with computers, I can't say if this is normal, but I certainly haven't had this problem before.
