Came with windows 11 and had to activate something on it (can’t remember) in order to install my own software on it. My only complaint…. 6 months later I got a message saying my battery is degraded. I don’t use it much as I have a work laptop I use more.

Bought for business use and it has been perfect for that so far. Very quick and the screen is very clear. Touch screen is a nice feature but isn’t really used for my purposes. Although it might be in the future. Laptops don’t seem to come with optical drives anymore so I had to by an external one as this one didn’t have one. Bluetooth connection is quick and easy with little to no latency. Very sleek and slim case too. Very easy to pack in a back pack or briefcase.

Not very friendly to type

Love this HP computer!

The brand was recommended to me by an IT professional and it doesn't disappoint. I like the look of it, the weight and the battery life as well as the overall performance. Very pleased thus far with the purchase.

It arrived in perfect conditions and on time. The computer so far works perfectly, it's fast and easy to use. I think it was a good purchase, great specs at good value.

Pretty good computer for basic use

Very fast, good battery power, and has a touch screen, only qualm is that it feels a little cheap compared to my previous HP laptop (metal plated), but nothing I can’t deal with.

The only drawback is the lack of backlighting which I didn’t think I’d mind initially, but in low light I just can’t see the keys. With the track pad being a little offset, it’s a challenge to land on the keys normally. Other than that, it’s awesome!
