I originally ordered two of these little for gifting purposes. It is a pretty decent machine for the price and entry level pc. For me: The Display is 6.5 out of 10.. wish it was brighter but good for indoor uses the Battery is 6 out of 10 the Responsiveness 6.5 out of 10 Volume 7 out of 10 the kids love it so good buy

Overall this is a nice laptop. The keys are very hard to see with my old eyes, but they are comfortable to the touch. The touch screen is a huge plus. Super fast processor. We are not gamers so I have no input there but for a home use unit it works great.

Well, I have only had it for a short time and haven’t really put it to the test, but overall so far it seems to be a solid machine. Previously had the HP Envy 360x touchscreen convertible, but never really used either of those features much. Windows 11 takes a little getting used to (been on 10 for years) but seems to be just adjusting to where things are. USB ports and charging ports are a little different, but overall functionality is solid so far!

I've had a ton of issues with internet connectivity. I have 2 of these laptops and I ended up buying a usb internet adapter to resolve the issue. Other than that, it's a fine computer. Wish it had more usb ports (only 2).

Great laptop, but it will only take 32 GB of RAM (BB said it would take 64 GB), and the headphone jack is on the wrong side! If you're right-handed, headphones plugged in will interfere with an external mouse. The headphone jack should be on the left-hand side and up towards the back of the laptop.

The biggest con is that the battery life is very poor. I knew from other reviews that it wouldn't be great, but sometimes a full charge only lasts 2-4 hours. Even when it's asleep, it drains quite a bit of the battery. My main use for my laptop is to run Finale music notation software. It works fine for that, but like I said, the battery drains quickly. I needed the ten-key feature and use it frequently. I'm glad to have it but wish there was a light for the num-lock key so I know when it's on or off. Windows 11 is new to me and the only thing I don't care for about it is how reliant it is on apps and internet, including file storage. It's confusing to know whether a certain file is on the local drive, OneDrive, or both. I prefer to store files locally and back them up on an external drive or however and whenever I see fit. Also, this laptop is sometimes very slow to recognize my hotspot. I've had to restart it to get it to recognize the signal at times, which is sad for a brand new computer. Overall, I chose this laptop because it had the features most important to me and at a reasonable price point (I purchased it on sale). I doubt I'll get 12 years out of it like the hp Pavilion it replaced, but I hope it serves me well for several years.

Quality product, very easy to use and compact. I use it for work and specs are perfect. I did add a monitor when working at home for ease of working on a document while seeing emails on the other screen.

4.5 Stars. I really like this computer. It would be 5 stars except for some discrepancies in the product listing and the laptop. The listing seemed to indicate there would be fingerprint recognition, but there isn't on my device. There was also some discrepancy with if it would have windows 10 or 11 installed. I think it had 11, can't remember for sure. It also said Norton would come pre-installed but it was actually McAfee...I'm using a different one anyway but I would say 4.5 out of 5 stars just because of the discrepancies in listing. The screen size is larger than my last laptop but still not clunky and huge. I love having a 10-key again which I didn't have in my last computer. I'm loving using this.

Bought this for my son for college. Fast, very easy to use and was basically set up when we pulled it out of the box. Touch screen is great for his use as he is going into emergency medicine. Large screen surface allows for better views of data. The only thing my son doesn't like is the mouse pad is very touchy. But that is easily remedied by an external mouse.

Windows 10 is not 11, they find a different way of getting to the same place in a different way . Once you see that , 11 is far superior.. Turn off S mode, do your research, safe mode unless you want to buy Microsoft products or pay for view stuff only,,

Wish it had a backlit keyboard. I'm not having issues with my signing in, don't know if it's a windows update that did it or what but now takes me 10 minutes to get in after I reboot my computer. I've had it for 1 year.

It's a laptop that definitely works, but it is not the best HP I have ever owned... The mouse pad is VERY noisy and when trying to scroll it does skip, A LOT - but the processer is fast, and it gets the job done

Easy to setup. Computer is fast. The SSD drive makes operation so quiet. Multiple updates were done during setup in just a few minutes. It's used at college processes all needed software. Perfect size.
