Haven’t even had 6 weeks and screen is completely messed up from nothing!! Opened computer one day and the sceen appears to be cracked but isn’t. I didn’t get warranty..so now I’m going to have to pay couple hundred for that! However, the computer works so freaking amazing! Super fast and easy to use!! So my only complaint is screen is im thinking maybe too sensitive or something. It is touch screen btw. Not sure how much that changes anythjng.

This is a very capable laptop. The only drawback is its weight. Too heavy for lap use.

I have now had this laptop for close to or a little over two years now and I have no complaints. It gets what i need done and no issues to this day. Goodjob on HP part i can say. Would recommend to others. Great fit for the right price.

Purchased as a replacement for a really old laptop. Set up was easy. Boot up and processing speed is exceptional. Price was too good to pass up. Battery life is less than advertised, but we usually keep it plugged in so its a minor issue.

This laptop is perfect for this new snowbird. I tried to live with just my phone and thought I was going blind and took for ever to type emails. Windows 11 is ok so far, still learning the bells and whistles. I have no regrets with this purchase!

It would be better if the battery lasted more than 30mins. And it has to be restarted frequently to connect to the wifi. No its not my wifi either because every other device I own runs on the same wifi connection with no issue. You cant just reconnect it either but literally restart the entire computer to reconnect. It has done this since I bought it.

I absolutely love this Laptop. I have looked all over since and was not able to find even one comparable system. I had been looking for a laptop for weeks and just happened upon this one one night in Best Buy.

Great computer that was bought for my daughter. I upgraded the RAM before giving it to her and I'm sure that she will have it for a good while. Fast, responsive and plenty of memory.

This HP laptop was purchased for my daughter. The laptop is fast and has more than enough memory for our needs. I have always trusted HP and this one has everything in a home use laptop.

I love my new hp laptop computer. Having this laptop and being able to take it everywhere with me is such a plus. This computer does it all I made a great choice.

This laptop is not bad for school and personal. The only problem I would say is the battery. It doesnt seem to last long.

Ive been using the the labtop for well over a year now! Its nice and slender and full of power! Just what a nursing student needs

I was not impressed with this machine. Seems to have difficulty connecting to my WiFi. I ended up switching to Samsung Galaxy, non-touch screen.

Great Laptop. Bought this for my mom and she loves it. So fast. She has no problems running any of her programs. The screen looks great and is very bright. The battery life is also very good.

Great laptop. Sound isn’t as good as a MacBook Pro, but everything else is perfect for my work as an instructional design consultant.

Very good computer. The only downside is the video card capability. It will not recognize all three monitors connected to my docking station. It is great for daily use and taking care of home stuff
