Got this for a gift. Great laptop and sheb loves the touchscreen . Very fast and the screen very sharp. Very well satisfied with the laptop great value

The processor speed is awesome, design is great, but they really went cheap on the keyboard. It would have been nice to have keyboard back light

Really nice computer overall ! Even nice when it turns on. Ive been needing a new computer and this computer is quite nice, I still need to use Adobe apps but the quality and power is really nice so far.

It is a great laptop for school work, especially with a high school student.

This is nice. Though it is very useful in Best buy, that you can edit the "final" version directly. So you can work as if you edited without tracking making it a lot less messy.

The laptop is worth the price with good features.But the durability is slightly is concerning. Having display issues after 2 years of good use

I'm enjoying the 16G of RAM over my previous 8G. I has taken some getting used to having the mouse click buttons in the mouse pad instead of separate buttons but I have adjusted. My only problem was I looked on website and found what I wanted and when I talked with the staff it took them over an hour to locate it stuck on a back shelf

We returned an EPSON printer to amazon that would jam every time you tried to scan. This printers was just a little more and is 100% better. We have not had one jam or issue of any kind with this printer.

Still learning all the ins and outs-----The only problem we have run into is the keyboard keys are very hard to read when there is a light on the work desk----we believe the letters on the keys should be thicker and darker

Very nice machine - super easy and intuitive set up, very fast, and I like the full-size keyboard. Strong enough to serve as my home computer and still portable and easy to grab and go. Not the smallest or lightest, but still portable.

Not what I expected. Keyboard difficult in home lighting, no backlit display. Runs hotter than what was expected. Difficult to set up. Brightness only, no contrast control

Just what I needed for my small home business. Fast and simple to operate. Set up was quick and I was able to use in minutes.

Bought this for my kid for school. Works great and no complaints from my kid. Kid is in college. Only complaint from me would be the lack of ease on the virus software that comes with it.

Excellent features. Very smoothly multitasking. Only concern was the wait of the product. So i returned it and went for 14 inches screen.

Had great in-store help from one of your employees. He really knew his stuff pointing out the differences between several different price levels of HP laptops. You don’t get that help when you buy online!

I returned it. Windows 11 Home S Mode was not compatible with Zoom or Team Apps that I needed to use. Also, It was hard to see the letters on the keyboard.
