Good so far but not great as it came in Win11 only with constant problem of having to manually select network connection. Win11 “looses” the network info after every reboot, very annoying.

The laptop has good internal specifications and the touch screen is excellent, but the external manufacturing quality of the laptop is cheap and easy to scratch.

Out daughter needed a beginner laptop for entering the college ranks. Anf, this HP fit the bill. We, so far, have had great experiences with HP products, both Chromebook and Windows style.

I bought this computer to upgrade from my i3 Hp...I wasnt that much faster or stable. I started blinking when running multiple windows and tabs. I returned it and got a 2-in-1 laptop instead

My husband and I both purchased one each and they are wonderful computers so far. They are updated and user friendly. The only thing that would be better is Microsoft Office for free and a CD drive still in the machine.

Very good built quality of this laptop. Working more than expected. But more importantly I liked the services provided by Best Buy and it’s customer care and trust .

This device is worth it. I'm currently writing this review on it, its very reliable and doesn't have any problems I love this device! 10/10 would recommend

This computer is fast, It is unexpectedly twice as fast as my old laptop with a xeon chip. Opting out from Windows restrictions on MS Store apps posed problems. Its keyboard with thin black letters and light-reflecting silvery background may be harder to see than those with white letters on black background.

This is a great laptop. The speed and the color are amazing for gaming. Battery life is nice lastung almost all day before having to chage it up.

Its overall rating is tops. It is quick to respond. It is light and easy to handle. It is an attractive silver color.

Comfortable keypad, but, not backlighted. Good touchscreen with nice vibrant colors. Fast processor with plenty of memory. Good value with plenty of ssd storage.

Super sleek, lightweight and easy to use laptop. Great price. Only issues I have is the laptop has very limited storage memory built into laptop. You will need an external drive if you plan to save big files, such as pictures or videos. In addition, Microsoft does not a big selection of applications available and be aware if you want applications not in their list, you can install your desired application, but steps to do this are not very simple, May require Geek squad or higher computer skills assistance.

I was surprised how easy it was to open the box to productivity. Sleek, modern design. Vivid touch screen. Easy to set up and go.

Light touchscreen computer. Battery didn’t last long at all.
