I am going on 80 years old and I consider myself fairly confident with the workings of my new laptop that I bought from you. When I got to the tech desk I was immediately introduced to my agent and he performed a twenty minute miracle to make the changes that had been trying to do for three weeks. Best Buy techs always amaze me with their knowledge. Thank for having this valuable program it is worth the cost. I also give the computer 5 stars it's fast and efficiant.

Pretty decent laptop for what you're paying, my only complaint is that I had an issue with the RAM 1 year into owning the laptop

Got this for my wife for work, who teaches from home for work. Our only complaint is that after less than a year it is already giving us notifications about having problems with the battery...

I love this device. Light, fast, easy to travel, big easy keys. Really great value. Looks great even though it has a plastic cover.

I love this laptop, I’m super glad I got it! The only downside that I have found so far is that the keys on the keyboard don’t light up. Other than that, I have loved everything so far.

Very good configuration. Initially I had wifi connectivity problem, later solved by customer service.

Great intro computer with some pretty good specs. Not great for gaming but everything else is good. Nice speed/storage. This computer needs a lighted keyboard.

Purchase was good. But in the package , did not receive the power plug, received only adpater. Overall the purchase was good as usual , since it's from bestbuy, trusted source.

Very helpfully . I'm glad I bought it. I bought it for my professional practice and also for personal use, it applies to all my needs to be able to do work, online searches, etc...

I like my laptop alot it does everything i need it to do and its not confusing...although it doesnt hold a charge as long as i need it to. Other than that id recommend for a starter laptop especially for students.

Computer is great! Screen has wonderful definition, speed is awesome, lightweight. Only issue is battery life, but otherwise is perfect for working from home.

This is the first time we have had a laptop computer but we are completely satisfied with it. We like the fact that we don't have to sit at a desk in the bedroom to use it.

I generally stay away from HP products but this was a reasonably priced back-up. I'm actually pretty pleased with it. Wish it had a USB C port

Laptop is great for college students or an additional computer around the house. The touch screen is a nice upgrade also.
