Purchased this item online as an open box, found it to have a defective keyboard within 30 days. Nearby Best Buy store replaced it with a brand new item at the same price. Happy customer!

I am so pleased with this purcahse. It does all the things I need it to. In fact we bought a his and hers (2) laptops. It is a replacement for my old one from 8 yrs ago

Did not have any on display and after getting it home, realized the keyboard is not the best. Letters are hard to read and add to that it's not lit. Still a good machine for the price.

I would not recommend this product based on the issues I’ve had, lack of support from I.T. to be able to rid the issues, and the short return window. My take away is that the HP team is not knowledgeable enough on their issues to help be helpful and they do not stand behind what they put into their computers, whether they manufactured it or outsourced it. My issues are below: The computer worked great for 3 weeks, no issues. Randomly one day it stopped working and would start throwing “Stop Code” errors. I’ve worked with I.T. for multiple days and 3-4 hours each day to resolve issues. One issue is resolved, the computer runs great for 10 minutes, then a new error is thrown. I’m now to point with I.T. where we are repeating the same troubleshooting processes over and over while no resolve seems to be in sight.

I like my new laptop but I have some issues with the battery and the screen as it touch sometimes it bugs and do things I don’t ordered to do.

Very thin and light. Has many options and functions. Screen size is nice and love how crisp and clear the images are.

The laptop was good but had issue with google chrome as I was unable to install so reached out to help desk and nothing worked so retired it but apart from that the usability and touch is good

2nd HP laptop I've purchased. The build quality it nice. Much better than some other brands I've used. This is a quality product as long as you take care of it. That goes for most things.

I love my new computer. They transfered all my info from my old computer. I do need to stop in and have the shut off a few features.

This system is good. But it is costly for the configuration. I had problems in downloading apps but later got them resolved. Now things are fine.

This is a nice all in one laptop computer. I bought it to complement my office system. However, there were some glitches with the wifi setup. Thus, I had to return it.

I've had the computer for about a month now and so far, it's perfect. I did remove the Windows 11s (easy and now just use Windows 11).

The buying process was very easy. The time between ordering the laptop and receiving the pickup order was faat 30 minutes. The checkout was faster than I expected.
