Worst buy ever. Bought it for $670 in 2022, used it for 2 years only, now does not work. From the start had a low battery life, overheating, screen touch not working properly.

It was delivered before the actual date expected. My daughter has been able to use it right away for her work and upcoming college classes.

For the price it really surprised me. I have a 2014 macbook pro and that has been the best laptop and was head and shoulders better than windows back in the day. I opened this one up and the display was pretty darn good and the system is very snappy. Great laptop and dont have to break the bank!

Great overall labtop however doesn’t have a cd disc drive didn’t realize that when purchased so had to purchase digital version of quicken to install same thing already had

Good laptop for the price. Heads up: there is No backlite for the keyboard. If I had payed closer attention, I would not have bought it. Otherwise, does everything I need.

I recently purchased this laptop, and I regret to say that my experience has been less than satisfactory. The frequent freezing issues have made it impossible for me to recommend this laptop to anyone. From the very beginning, I encountered problems with this laptop. It repeatedly froze during various tasks, making it almost unusable for any productive work. These frequent freezes were incredibly frustrating, causing significant disruptions and affecting my overall experience negatively. The laptop's unreliability has not only been a hindrance but also a source of great disappointment. I had high hopes for this laptop, but it has failed to meet even the most basic expectations in terms of performance and stability. The frustration of constant freezes has overshadowed any positive aspects it may have had. In conclusion, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this laptop to anyone. It falls far short of what one should expect from a functional computer, and the ongoing issues have left me extremely dissatisfied with my purchase. If you're in the market for a new laptop, I strongly suggest considering other options that offer better performance and reliability.

My computer is good. The picture quality is awesome. I love that I can have like 4 different things on the screen at the same time!
