This computer is okay...I bought it for my husband just for every day things, but it is pretty slow compared to others we have. I thought with the memory of it, it would be good to go, but windows 11 sure takes up a lot of that space. I wish I bought a bigger one for him. Decent enough if you are on a budget.

Overall the performance of the laptop is great. I really enjoy that my phone can be linked to the laptop and I can respond to texts on my laptop versus having to pick up my phone every time. However, the keyboard doesn't seem to be all the way down so when typing the entire keyboard sinks a little, like it's bubbled up or something. It's very distracting. Also, I didn't realize that the number pad was off to the side which takes up a decent portion of the keyboard and make the typing a bit weird. I could be biased because I'm use to the keyboard without a number pad. I just know I don't like it and feel like the keyboard is small. Typing is also extremely loud. I would never be able to use this in a library quietly. I am going to be returning/exchanging this laptop because I can't see using this in the middle of a college class. Since I bought this for my next semester at college I won't be able to use it.

Got the best price at bestbuy ,specs were on point only thing compromising was the 11th gen processor but the price covers it up

Nice computer. The tough screen is a nice plus, even though I am still not used to it. I did not have this option on my now dead laptop. A nice, wide 15.6" screen with a great resolution. A separate numeric keyboard, the only thing missing is a little led telling you the numeric keypad is on or off. Thanks to the SSD drive, loading and saving programs is fast. Yes, I am happy with it.
