Good Laptop

Great product with bad keyboard

Key Board

Frustrating

It took me way longer than it should have to realize that the operating system, Windows 11S, has special security features which do not allow installation of any non-Microsoft programs. This information was not readily found using a search to determine why I couldn't load Adobe Acrobat. Frustrating that now I have to figure out how to replace Windows 11S with 11. Am unable to format any Excel cells either, I don't know if Excel not formatting is related to Windows 11S or not. I am proficient in Excel and have never had this issue.
