It's your average laptop, a little overpriced in my opinion and the battery life is not what I would have expected. Less than 2 hours and I'm needing to charge it because the battery is so low. I wouldn't not purchase it again, but I think I would shop around a bit more and do some price/quality comparison prior to my next purchase.

Not what I was hoping

I’ve been using this laptop for three weeks, and it isn’t working anymore. Whenever I power it on, the screen doesn’t work and will flash random icons at me almost as if the touch screen is being activated (but it’s not). I also had an issue with the screen completely freezing multiple times. I haven’t used it for anything outside of remote working, and it has never left my desk, so there is absolutely no chance of any damage unless something was done while it was being shipped here. I will be returning this and going back to Dell computers from now on. It also gets extremely hot while it charges. The only good thing about this particular computer is the battery life.

Loving my Laptop

I do wish the keys has the back light option, but it was still a great buy. Everything that is on my desk top syncs to my laptop and I love that. I don't know how it does that because my desktop is a Dell, but it works and I'm happy.
