Speed and display great Battery life is good . . . so far. This may be the only weakness i have seen so far, battery life could be better. Lasts about 5-7 hours only.

Good laptop and decent for light games

I just didn't like that the fn keys activated right away because it messed up games where I needed those keys but I could easily change that with a workaround I Googled.

Great HP laptop!

Refuses to connect with Ethernet even with adapter

Because I work from home I need to be connected to the Ethernet for security. This laptop will nit connect to Ethernet with any adapter. I purchased 3 different adapters. None worked . They work on other computers I have. I returned and bought the same model HP and experienced the same thing. I sat on the HP tech support line via chat for hours with different people . They ran Bios updates, drivers etc… didn’t work. The last person I talked to said maybe the adapters weren’t compatible. Doesn’t make sense. These adapters even work on an old Dell Latitude and a HP gaming computer. I took it to Best Buy Geeks and no one could give me an answer outside of it being a faulty model? Had to return and exchange for a Acer.
