Nice looking, light weight, powerful and fast touchscreen laptop. Easy to handle and works great. The case is made from recycled products and feels a bit flimsy; only time will tell about the long term quality. No problem so far.

Replaces a LG Thin and light costing justbunser usd 2k and it's better, faster, kinder and gentle! Like the speakers, speed and simplicity. The BB rep was outstanding and got me more computer for less!

Bought 2 at the same time. One worked great and the other one has issues with blue tooth won’t stay connected. Best Buy wouldn’t not exchange it even though it was les than 30 days when it was discovered.

Bought this for my college going son and he is loving every bit of it. It's not bulky or heavy to carry. So far it seems a good investment. Lets see how the battery life is going to go with time.

No issues with it in the year+ owning it! Does everything I need it to do! Windows 11 took a little getting use to, but other than that, this laptop has been perfect for everything!

So far so good, only been a few days, but the KEYBOARD IS WAY TO BOUNCY AND RATTLES WHEN YOU TYPE! would be great if that didnt happen. I would still recommend it if you can get past the clicking sound of the keyboard bouncing.

Laptop does not work well at all. Several things that do not do what they are supposed to do. The enclosed instructions that came with the laptop are not like the actual computer.

It was time to replace my old laptop. The SSD and RAM means I’m logged in and working within 10 seconds of hitting the power button. I’ve used HP laptops for the past 20 years and have not been disappointed.

The battery for this laptop is no good. It always needs to be plugged in, if not it loses power in an hour of use. I am writing this review after a year of purchase, and it came like this since day number one.

Very pleased with this purchase. It is exactly what I was looking for. I haven’t had any issues with this laptop. It was easy to set.

I always had HP laptops, but this one is very disappointing when you type the keyboard the hole laptop make a sound like it’s crooked. The graphic card is very weak

For business use the machine is very fast. The battery drains more quickly than expected for video conferencing. Screen is good but is more reflective than desirable when dealing with sunlight

After a month I had an issue with it and had to reinstall a drive. I’ve had laptops in the past and never had that issue. Hoping I don’t have anymore issues with it. Other than that it’s ok.

Lightweight, easy to set up. Would like to have had a lighted keyboard. Can't comment on battery life as we use it plugged in 90% of the time.

Nice, sleek laptop. However, it froze already and took a long time to restart. It did restart, but I am concerned that this happened after having it for only a couple of weeks.

I love my new computer. It was so easy to set up and easy to use. The only thing I wish it had was a cover for the camera, but I'm sure I can find something that will do the job.

Nice mid range laptop. Ssd can be upgraded and you can go to 32GB ram as well. Please see a computer tech in your area for these upgrades.
