Great Laptop! Runs smoothly even with taxing programs and apps. Does keep on giving me this notification saying one of my disks is at risk and won't let me resolve it though.

I am really enjoying my laptop! The keys glide easily with gentle touches. The screen size makes it easily in to see size and areas of the document/ items on display!

I had this laptop for several years and it was not that bad. The only problem was the hinges broke and I could not get it fixed. Best Buy Geek Squad does not fix problems of this nature.

Very pleased. Screen size is great. Keypad configuration is easy to use. While I do not yet have a lot of applications on it I am very happy with this purchase

It met my expectations in terms of speed and performance. It’s very convenient to use. I like the sleek design and the display is color crisp. Overall, good quality for the price.

I found none of the problems suggested in the negative reviews. No noises when installing chrome. The keyboard is easy to use. So far the wifi functions great. My only negative is the jump from Edge to Chrome was not as easy as it should have been because of Microsoft not HP. Once again the upgrade to 11 was just time consuming not difficult. Battery life is still an open issue but at first glance it does not seem to be a problem. Overall for a 700 dollar laptop I say it is a five stars.

Memory is good, but too much noice of the cooling fan and after 30 mins of use laptop charging cable got HOT. I had to return the item.

Outstanding unit. So very fast and software fully installed. Having a wonderful time playing Diablo. New laptops don't have disc readers anymore so buy an external one.

This was a Open Box unit. I was not at all happy with the mouse pad on the thing. The slightest touch and your cursor went somewhere. I saw some new emails as the cursor went across the mail and they disappeared. I finally bought a cheap little travel mouse and it works much better than the built-in mouse pad. The issue is the lack of back lighting. In a semi darkened room it is difficult to see what key is what. I thought about taking it back, but never got around to doing that.

Love this computer. The only thing I wished it had is a back lit keyboard. Otherwise it serves me well. Speed is excellent, visuals are sharp and clear. The sound is good as well.

Love this computer so much we ended up buying another for our son. Can’t beat the price with the specs that come within laptop.

Great little laptop, and I really love the touch screen maneuverability! A little disappointed to not have a camera cover, but otherwise, it’s been great!

This laptop was exactly what I was looking for at a very good price. HP is my favorite company for laptops and computers and this one hasn't disappointed. I reccommend.

Overall experience was good but it was having small bugs. When you install VPN blue screen will come and restart needed to fix or uninstall of vpn need to be done
