So far this laptop has performed as advertised. Very fast. Only negative is The Windows S mode built in to the software that restricts downloading non Microsoft files.

Still getting adjusted to it. Love the quality of images throughout sites. Touch screen is awesome! Battery life suck! After 1.5 hours of use need to plug in!! Agitated!!!

Fast computer. Screen is easy to see. Touch pad is a little touchy so I have to be careful moving across it. Good purchase.

Nice laptop with excellent speed to do the daily activities. Need to improve on the keyboard though, it's ergonomics and add backlights.

Good computer with great cpu and also great the discount it had,, but I found a better laptop with better cpu and had a dedicated graphics card.

Does everything i need. I was replacing a previous HP and and this one weighs practically nothing compared to my original one, which is amazing.

Bought this for my daughter as she enters high school and it has been perfect for her. She is happy and productive and we have had no issues.

$580 for Black Friday sale was a good deal for the specs. 16 GB of RAM is great. SSD is fast. CPU gets it done. No issues to report.

It’s a decent computer. For some reason, the computer just shuts off when it gets to 20% battery life remaining (I checked the settings and there wasn’t an issue with that). I sent the computer back and got a replacement, but still the same problem. I only use the computer for browsing the internet and completing schoolwork. Outside of the battery issue, I’m satisfied

Body frame especially the one on which keyboard mounts that is front assembly is not that strong. Otherwise specs are quite good.

Purchased this computer May 28, 2023. Since then I have had two inexplicable problems which I was able to resolve but I am afraid this computer will not last as long as my old laptop. Problem 1 - It would not start. Said I had no hard disk and operating system. Problem 2 - black screen of death. Took an hour to manually close down computer using on/off button. Left it off overnight and now I am typing this review. It decided to rev up this morning. Best Buy geek squad is next stop.

This is a great computer. Lightweight, Awesome graphics & was really easy to set up. Arrived in a very timely manner. I Would purchase again.

Very powerfull laptop. It has a very nice display and the performance is great! It is very useful specially if you work with excel sheets.

I bought this hp laptop about two months ago. It works good. The graphics & processor speed is also good. But the battery is small & going to low down soon.

Bought this laptop for my wife for her job. She seems to like it. And seems to be able to do everything she needs for work!
