All the time problems with the touch screen. Had to restart all the time

I purchased this for my new job working from home. It has everything I needed and I'm very happy with the speed and results so far from this laptop.

so far so good. happy with the speed. display is good. touch pad is very sensitive. haven't been able to set up face recognition hello yet.

Love this laptops, I work on it everyday and night. The battery life is awesome. I'm glad I made this choice.

Simple and great work and school laptop, not great for gaming but works well for xbox cloud gaming.

Love it! I’m still learning about it but it’s fun. Love the silver color. Faster than I expected and the color of the picture screen is awesome

I 100% do not recommend this laptop, but not sure if I just received a dud. I have used this computer for three months for university work. The computer would freeze and I would not be able to restart the computer. Periodically, while the computer is in use, the screen would lag/freeze for 4-5 seconds before proceeding what I was doing (ie: typing, watching a video, playing music). Sometimes there is a line that shows up across the screen and it would disappear the next time. In addition to the constant freezing, the battery life is only 2-3 hours max which is extremely inconvenient to constantly find an outlet. Finally the wifi, is continuously disconnecting. I know it isn't the wifi router problem because my other device have no issue connecting. Though the sounds is good (ie: loud enough), it is not worth the other hassle.

Very disappointed in this purchase. Have had several issues with it. The hard drive was supposed to be SSD, it was not. Geek Squad had to replace it with one that was. Lost all data that was on old HHD. Track pad has failed and now have to deal with more poor customer services from HP warranty folks . Best Buy will not stand behind this product at all. They send me to HP. It is a lemon. I will never buy and HP again and likely not shop at Best Buy for a laptop ever again.

Good performance for now, need to see how it will work in long run. I will try to review back after few months of usage

Works really good. My children are very happy useing it. There are no errors with anything and works perfectly fine.

Quit after less than 2 years... I mean NOTHING. Just stopped working, will not power on or anything. I can not afford anew computer every two years that is what I'm getting out of the products today. Nothing holds value or will work beyond 2 years.

Hat this laptop! Wish I had been able to return it, but we had a family emergency so I wasn't able to get it back within the 14 days. It is slow and the keys are incredibly hard to read. I thought it was backlit and it is not. The spacing on the keys is horrible. The worst part is how long it takes to open different applications and no it is not my internet speed. I would not buy this computer Not Worth the Money!

Exactly what I needed to replace work computer. Works as expected and setup handled professionally by Geek Squad.

I love it, no issues since i bought it. i use it to edit my photography photos and it does an amazing job with keeping up.

Rarlier i have not used the touch screen. The laptop what I purchased has an option of touch screen and i like it.

Has all the features I need at an attractive price. Would definitely recommend to someone seeking a quality laptop.

This is a beautiful and fast computer. I am so excited to be able to start the New Year off with this purchase.

I bought this computer for college. I have little knowledge about computers, however I have looked into the performance app on the device and my internet components seem to be having to work way too hard. On top of this, occasionally my WiFi symbol completely disappears and I lose internet connection. To fix this I usually have to restart but sometimes it doesn’t work and I have to restart again.

I have been unable to get out of S mode for this computer so have been unable to add monitors. I have watched youtube tutorials and read everything possible online, but will now have to pay someone to assist with setting my system up. It is crazy - I have never had to do such a thing in my life. The computer has also been rather slow. I would not suggest this model/setup to others.

This laptop is ok for the money. The gray lettering on silver keys is very difficult to read, lucky I know the keyboard well. I am considering returning it.
