I am very happy with this purchase! The larger screen size is perfect for me when I am checking my daily emails. It's slim & lightweight, making it easy for me to take with me when I need to move from one room to another. The keyboard is comfortable to use when writing reviews!

This is the perfect laptop for an elderly senior. Nothing really fancy, just everything I needed for a personal computer. I got wonderful help from the geek squad to download my 8 yr old tower and on site help from Toby who is with the Geeks. Best buy made this easy for me!

My laptop is very fast and works really well! It does not overheat at all, which is something I was worried about when I first received it.

Good functionality, fast. Decent battery life for screen size. It is bulky to hold on lap and keyboard buttons are large which is cumbersome to type.

Great laptop. Speed, ease of use and capabilities has been excellent. Wish they had it in some other colors but not a must.

This laptop has a slightly larger than normal screen but seems very sturdy. Though we have had some problems with the microphone, overall it is fast and works well.

This laptop packs a punch with such a great proce! The laptop is fast, and the 17 inch screen is easy on the eyes. It does all that I need it to do. If you’re on the fence, don’t hesitate! It is well worth the money.

Purchased this to work from home. It has a nice big screen so I don't need to attach a monitor. I've been using it for a week now and performance is good. It was easy to set up.

If i could compare it to my previous computer I would definitely say its an upgrade. My computer is faster and processes information faster and i like the specs as well. I am able to still play games without having an NVIDIA card. I love this computer and will definitely buy another soon.

I picked up this laptop at Best Buy recently, and so far it’s been a really solid purchase. It handles everyday stuff like streaming, browsing, and work tasks without any issues. It starts up fast, runs smooth, and the battery life has been better than I expected. The screen looks great, especially for movies and videos, and the keyboard feels comfortable to type on. I also appreciate that it stays pretty quiet even when I’m running multiple apps. If I had to nitpick, I’d say the speakers could be a little louder, and I wish the charging cable was a bit longer — but those are small things and haven’t really taken away from the overall experience. Overall, super happy with it. Definitely feels like I got my money’s worth.
