I love the laptop. It's huge but not bulky, very thin. It's fast and easy to use. The only thing I'm missing is the touch-screen. The but is for Windows crashing on it, making it useless two months after purchase. But HP is on it, and they're reinstalling everything as we speak...so

I really enjoy the screen size and basic design of it. The only thing ive encountered so far is that the speaker sounds like its blown from the moment i used it. Other than that i really like this laptop. Battery life is awesome!

I bought this to replace my 8-year-old HP Envy when support for Windiows 10 was ending, the laptop wasn't upgradable, and I was on the verge of needing to replace the battery yet again. My new laptop feels pretty much the same as the old one. I love the solid state drive--SO much faster response than my old one. I like that it is slightly lighter in weight, but I miss having a built-in DVD player and SD card reader. At least I can still access those on my old laptop. I hope the new one will have better battery life and/or ventilation, but I won't know that for a while.

My HP laptop that I purchased worked right out of the box. I was able to get all my files from old computer. I use a wireless external keyboard and a wireless mouse as my 84 year old fingers have trouble with a touchpad! I did have to get a small hub to run my external keyboard. I also got my old HP printer to work! Overall, I am pleased with my purchase. The only negative comment is about the terrible phone service when trying to contact the store to speak to a sales associate! A person cannot be connected directly to the sales floor. What happened to the good, old-fashioned store operator? I do believe that you might sell a few more products if a person could get through to sales department without jumping through hoops! I was completely happy with the kind and helpful sales lady.

Very fast proscessor, our son uses it for college and it works great for his needs. The 17 inch screen is great for what he needs.

This is a great laptop for the price. Light weight for the size. Boot up is nice and having a lot of different things opens is very functional.

Excellent Laptop. Like the large screen, yet lightweight. Graphics so clear and vibrant. Appreciated the product images to really see what I was purchasing. User friendly keyboard.

I've had no major issues with this laptop, as its performance and battery life is great. I don't love the full keyboard setup, its awkward initially, but with time I have adjusted. The main reason why I got this laptop is for it to be my portable Linux device, and it seves that purpose well.

My old laptop was 12 years old. This laptop is faster. It is 17.3 while my old one was 15.6. The larger screen makes it easier to see and read. The video resolution on our video calls to family is excellent.

Great looking laptop with a large screen. Keyboard has a solid feel and the and the computer is responsive. Ram and storage are good for most tasks. Excellent value for the sale price.

This laptop has a slightly larger than normal screen but seems very sturdy. Though we have had some problems with the microphone, overall it is fast and works well.

I got literally the “best” buy/deal on this computer! I needed a new one for work and this matched my IT dept requirements. I went back to HP after having a Lenovo that was soon to be outdated. Easy to set up, fast, nice big screen, light weight, perfect for my needs…

Great laptop. Speed, ease of use and capabilities has been excellent. Wish they had it in some other colors but not a must.
