    I paid $349.99 and no touch screen. Then RIGHT AFTER I BUY THIS best buy sells ones with touch screen for the same price. That's really messed up. The computer must run hot because the fan continuously comes on and even browsing the web the fan is loud, task manager shows hardly anything running. This computer is not as cool as best buy advertised it was.

    old business laptop had it's day was looking for a deal and a laptop this is good. I found this HP laptop good price and works wonders, had an issue transfering data to the new HP went back to best buy and it was taken care of now I'm getting use to working with this one so far so good.
