I got this computer for general use. So far, it works great. I really enjoy the big screen and keyboard. The battery life is incredible.

My mother split a full cup of coffee on her laptop which fried the thing. She spends a ton of time online each day and needed a replacement quickly. Best Buy and Geek Squad together made it happen quickly. WIthin 36 hours, I had a new laptop with her old data retrieved and restored. The whole process was seemless and very efficient, and in comparing other places I think I got a lot of value in it.

Solid 17 inch laptop for the price: bright display and speedy processor for everyday productivity use cases. Would recommend.

Very happy with my purchase. Great price. Only down fall is battery life. But good other then that.

Love the performance of the new machine, but set up was a bit painful. Some apps didn’t transfer over correctly or made the screen resolution go nuts.

HP laptop is the best. Last laptop was a HP. And I dropped on the floor , slowly cracked the screen.

Best purchase ever!! I have been an apple fan all my life, and have owned/used a MacBook for the past 6 years. I was so nervous about switching to HP, especially one of the cheaper models. But would 10/10 recommend it to any college student or professional!
