Good value for the price. Functions as advertised

Have this for just about a month and it dies!!!! Had to take it back to Best Buy where it has been sent for repair which will take about 2 weeks!! I feel they should have just given us a new one especially since we are Total Tech members. NOT HAPPY!

While it is usable, it is not completely what we expected it to be. It is missing things that we are used to having on a laptop.

OK COMPUTER.. NOT AS FAST AS I HAD HOPED. WAS WORTH WHAT I PAID DUE TO $250.00 SALE DISCOUNT. NOT WORTH THE ORIGINAL PRICE.

I purchased this laptop specially to get Mail for Windows 10 since it worked with my employer's email server and I work 100% from home. I was told that Mail for Windows 10 would be supported until Oct 2025. However, after a few weeks I was switched to the new Outlook and have not been able to get back to Mail for Windows 10. I feel misled by BestBuy and Microsoft. Am I stuck with this machine or can I do a trade in?

It sucks not being able to download the programs unless from microsoft store, if I could change that I would.

Great laptop except for the keyboard. The keys are very hard to see.

I bought this laptop 4 months ago and the battery already won't hold a charge.

this is my 3rd or 4th hp laptop in 9 years. i'm kinda rough on them

For some reason I cannot connect to internet. The computer i cannot make the system interact

This laptop completely stopped working within 3 months and HP won’t cover under warranty. Horrible experience, would not buy again. Feel completely ripped off.

It came a bit messed up. It has white spots all over the screen and sometimes the browser doesn’t even work.

I purchased this laptop 18 mos ago & repair shop says it's dead. Limited hardware warranty only covers one year. That is an outrageous ripoff. I feel violated.

Don't make the same mistake I did.Best Buy will send you a laptop with no power supply or power cable. They will also refuse to send one because it's open box. I've bought open box items from Best Buy in the past and always had the power supply or cables. This is just my warning to anyone out there trying to save a few dollars on buying an open box laptop. Best Buy will more more than likely not have the cables for it. Just buy new somewhere else.

Laptop probably fine, but I ordered it on Thursday so it would come Monday. Best buy said it would arrive MOnday. THey sent it on Saturday when I was out of town. I got an email saying they were sending it on Saturday while out of town, called and sent 30 minutes on hold to tell them I ordered the item to arrive MOnday and not to ship it early. They said no problem they would reschedule. Instead of doing that, they they cancelled the order. I went to see what happened the order was cancelled and the price went up $50. Spent an hour trying to get it fixed with customer service and just quit in frustration.

Having edge as the main search engine really sucks, it limits what you can find. This laptop has tried to block me from using a different service as my main server.

The computer is fine, works as described and was very easy to set up. Transferring everything was very simple. The reason for the two stars was the total lack of customer service.

it is not a touch screen & the keyboard is very difficult to see.. I was very disappointed

IT DOESNT WORK IT WON'T EVEN CONNECT TO THE INTERNET IT JUS KEEPS LOOPING BACK FROM THE MICROSOFT SIGN-IN SCREEN TO THE DEFAULT BACKGROUND, AFTER I LOG-IN...IT JUST TAKES ME BACK AGAIN
