Laptop probably fine, but I ordered it on Thursday so it would come Monday. Best buy said it would arrive MOnday. THey sent it on Saturday when I was out of town. I got an email saying they were sending it on Saturday while out of town, called and sent 30 minutes on hold to tell them I ordered the item to arrive MOnday and not to ship it early. They said no problem they would reschedule. Instead of doing that, they they cancelled the order. I went to see what happened the order was cancelled and the price went up $50. Spent an hour trying to get it fixed with customer service and just quit in frustration.

I purchased this laptop 18 mos ago & repair shop says it's dead. Limited hardware warranty only covers one year. That is an outrageous ripoff. I feel violated.

Having edge as the main search engine really sucks, it limits what you can find. This laptop has tried to block me from using a different service as my main server.

The computer is fine, works as described and was very easy to set up. Transferring everything was very simple. The reason for the two stars was the total lack of customer service.

it is not a touch screen & the keyboard is very difficult to see.. I was very disappointed

IT DOESNT WORK IT WON'T EVEN CONNECT TO THE INTERNET IT JUS KEEPS LOOPING BACK FROM THE MICROSOFT SIGN-IN SCREEN TO THE DEFAULT BACKGROUND, AFTER I LOG-IN...IT JUST TAKES ME BACK AGAIN

Laptop mouse did not work. They had the same laptop in stock just a newer condition & they wouldn’t allow me to exchange for the inconvenience of paying & waiting on them to try to fix it.

Might be a lemon. Two weeks into using and it crashes. Completely turns off and has to be turned on.

I bought this computer to replace a 10 year old HP laptop. Its a nice computer but my biggest complaint appears to be the screen. Its very hard on my eyes for some reason. My old cheap HP laptop had the glossy screen(the screen where you could see your reflection when its off, I don't even know what you call those screens but you see them alot on the higher end models). Also the battery drains a tad faster than I like but hopefully that will improve after a few charge/discharge cycles. I estimate to get 4-5 hours usage per battery charge which is probably average though. Other than that its an ok cheap laptop and hopefully I can get 10 years out of it just as I did with my old HP laptop. Also this computer runs in "S" mode and you cant download things like chrome or other web programs unless you take it out of "S" mode. I took mine out of "S" and it is very easy to do. So now I have chrome and my other web program that I use for my job occasionally. On my next computer purchase I will make sure it has the better screen.

I bought this laptop open box (excellent) and the only way I can get any audio is from Bluetooth. Speakers dont work I guess. Not backlit keyboard and it came dirty.

Product is good but they did not send my the charger and when i went to complain they asked me to call manufacturer !! missing product , scam

I've always had PC's before, this is my first laptop. I'm still getting acclimated with it, but so far it's been great.

My new computer has froze up several times. Couldn't be more disappointed.

Laptop is great, delivery was a disaster and never could hit promised date after several attempts

This HP is very fast to boot up due to its SSD. I'm not crazy about Windows 10 in "Safe mode" but it can be updated to Windows 11. The large 17 inch display is really nice and has a pretty crisp view. I also like the keyboard layout because it has the dedicated "Numbers Pad" which I perfer as I use Excel more than any other software. Please understand that this is not a super computer or a gaming computer but... Considering the price of the laptop, this is a good value and a solid purchase.

This is a very nicely performing laptop for the money, especially if you can catch a sale, HOWEVER, the machine comes with Windows 11 set in "S" mode, which means you can only download and install apps from the Microsoft store. I knew there was a way to switch this mode off when I purchased the laptop. Long story short, after 7 hours on the phone with Microsoft tech support trying many different fixes, it was determined that a complete new install of Windows 11 was the only way to take it out of "S" mode. You will still need to visit the Microsoft store and search for "switch out of s mode", but it finally worked.

HP Natural Silver Full Laptop computer is beautiful. Easy to set up. Good size screen. Light to touch. Online ordering was easy. Shipping received earlier than anticipated. Laptop has everything I need for my daily work
